Hotel Edassery Mansion premium

I would not recommend for family guests. Floors were greasy, towels looking worn out and grey in colour, bed not comfy, sone weird smelling corridors. There is a bar which attracts local crowd at the front of the lobby and may be uncomfortable for a few guests.

Table service at hide out lounge is very poor. My personal experience more than once is the same and is that kind of self service. Nobody is here to assist at the table. Only mr. Sunil is here to control all tables nobody has seen to help him. Please do the needful. 10.30pm 11/4/26 It's the second time I'm seeking the counter. I feel very bad. Sorry. Mr. Mathews and mr. Debu, kindly pay your attention regarding this because I'm a regular customer.

Its an affordable stay near edapally. But there was one Bar and lots of alchemy bottles, and it seems not a family hotel to stay. The stay was okey-okey. The rooms are very old. No wifi , most of the tv channels wont work

We've been staying here for a week, but the reception staff is behaving very badly toward our guests.

Well built property struggling with lack of maintainance , taps in bathroom are leaking, stained bedsheet, noisy fan(refer video), staff is friendly and helpful. Around 2.5KM away from JLN Stadium & Kaloor Metro stations . Once all maintainace related concerns fixed this property have potential to be one of the finest property.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The service is extremely poor, and the room looks very old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was not clean at all, and the entire property feels unmaintained. Overall, it was a horrible stay. I’m totally disappointed. Please don’t book this hotel.

After renovating it’s looking good. Previously this place had some bad remarks but presently the management it seems are trying to avoid such incidents

An ok hotel, very very economical, especially if you are just taking a room to retire and refresh the night. Near to Kaloor metro station. A restaurant is available and works till 10 pm. This is a bar attached hotel so you will spot a lot of locals in the premises. But I didn't feel much safety issues (stayed here with my husband).

Location was great .Ample parking available but was full with cars due to bar facility. Lot of noise due to bar and not good for the family.

The hotel is very well located. The staff is very good and helpful. The breakfast served was also good. Rooms are pretty basic. There's no fridge in the room, you need to ask for it to be delivered to the room. This can be a problem during peak summers. I had to drag the fridge on my own and fix it, as they didn't come to install it even after requesting. There's no tea or kettle facility in the room too. The only issue that really bothered me was not having a shower curtain or different level flooring for the shower area, hence water would seep into the commode area making it messy. Rooms are big sized and spacious though. Recommended to stay for 1-2 days for the great location.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The sheets had stains, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was a cigarette smell and cockroaches. I felt unsafe for the family, so I checked out after one hour of stay and took another hotel. People who stay there for drinking and other needs.

Economical deluxe rooms available. Not maintained properly. Ample amount of parking available for guests. Dry days won't serve liquor in the room as well. Foods are priced high. Room service is not appreciable.

Decent place. Had a a really pleasant stay but I only was there for the day. They have that amazing option of booking rooms on hourly basis, so really helpful for a lot of different requirements. Place is neatly decked with all furniture and amenities. The sheets could definitely be better and I would definitely recommend getting them changed right in front of you. There was no AC so that was bad for the kochi heat. They’ve got an okayish kitchen and restaurant. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Service was effecting as well. Location is also great but some rooms might get a sewage view from the window. All in all a good place but definitely a bit overpriced.

The first room we got had AC leakage issues, the second one had handicapped bathroom, the same tiles in the room and bathroom, very slippery and risky. The floor is tilted and feels like the leaning tower of Pisa. The location is next to the lounge, The crowd is not great

Rooms is spacious and clean. They provide early check-in which was really helpful. Hot water available Restaurants option is a plus The drawback is room smell little of cigrette There is no option to control AC temperature

The room was indeed spotlessly clean and it was completely ensured by the management that all fixtures were working perfectly fine. Each and every process were smooth, right from check-in. The property has a vast parking area and an in house restaurant to cater the needs of their customers with some lip smacking dishes. The entire staff (especially Mr. Tony, Mr. Jibin etc) and management deserves a special mention for concentrating on every minute detail and performing beyond expectations for having made the stay exceptionally great and comfortable. I will surely visit again and will also strongly recommend Edassery Mansion to everyone who would require a great stay at Cochin that truly deserves above 5 stars...!!!

Rooms are good, food is tasty. House keeping is bad. They provided me WET bedding and they were aware of it very well. No use of complaining to them. Basically this hotel is booked by film crew, so they have no value of individual guest. Only their security men are working to their 100% So try to avoid this hotel. I booked it through OYO
