WORST EXPERIENCE. Do NOT BELIEVE the rating and review here. I bought my very FIRST CAMERA here. He knowingly sold us DAMAGED CANON camera for above 70000 without even negotiation. We were handling it like a new born baby since start. He only CLAIMS himself to be the only legitimate camera dealer ,but only gives you USELESS HUGE EXPLANATION to escape and has not resolved even a single issue. Waste of time and money. CHEATED and SOLD us damaged camera knowing we are a beginner. We are buying in a shop instead online trusting they would give legitimate product and resolve any issues. NOT to be SCAMMED like this. Many other products worth 10000 , he convinces and sells WITHOUT EVEN WARRANTY warranty. It's high time to awake from these types of fraud. Hollyland MIC worth RS 10000 is even sold in your shop without warranty with a very false hope to customers that it won't have any issues in future based on your past experiences. For camera worth more than Rs 70000 with warranty, you are turning the blame on us as though we are spreading false information. We are facing worse trouble, after paying a huge amount. Would you take any responsibility in fixing the costly mic sold without warranty ? We can happily buy new product online, which comes with warranty. We POOR CUSTOMERS. Yes the tripod is even sold to me without warranty. It's high time to stay aware.
