EL&N London - Yas Bay Waterfront

I recently visited EL&N London at Yas Bay, and while the stunning pink decor and atmosphere were lovely, it was the service that truly made my experience memorable. I want to give a special shout-out to Ethel. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine, warm smile that made me feel instantly welcome. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and had a great eye for detail. What impressed me most was her proactive attitude—she checked in at just the right moments without being intrusive and ensured everything was served perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such a friendly personality. If you’re visiting this branch, definitely look for Ethel! She is a credit to the team and truly embodies the high standards of the EL&N brand.

Beautiful spot, incredible decor and pink theme. Desserts and food menu items were excellent. We were served by Ethel and she was super helpful and put in extra effort to ensure our table was having a good time and gave great suggestions for food items.

EL&N always impresses me with their service and great coffee.. Their dessert is recommended And the dishes portion is satisfying.. The staff are really attentive, making sure you're well taken care of. The San Sebastian cheesecake is absolutely delicious, a real treat. The atmosphere of the place is so cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time.

We had lunch in this cafe, i love it, nice service, nice and yummy coffe , we had pasta with shrimp and some Paratha Quesadilla chicken, really good combination, after we had as usually sweets, my favorite it is pistachio cake, kids Chocolate and some light cheese cake with berries for berry lovers, sweet and sour same time, looking forward for new opening Marina Mall, will be so close to visit this place again

المكان جميل وهادي. حبيت احتفل بيوم ميلادي فيه. كانت تجربه مميزه. الكيك حلووو ومنوع والقهوه ممتازه 😋 لكن الموهيتو كان عباره عن ثلج للاسف.

We order chicken mushroom soup which was very generous portion and rich fresh taste. We order fried shrimps which were a bit dry and over cooked, i think there could be an improvement. Chicken Katsu was not a good choice, but we gave our review and highlights to the restaurant mngr for improving those dishes , he showed great understanding ,this reflects great leadership and customer service. Mozerella sandwich was a blast and flavourful with fresh pesto sauce. The cake was super yummy juicy and rich . Will be visiting again

Super cute. I had a delicious dark chocolate, perfect to walk around with in December Abu dhabi weather. They also had lovely, and funny, staff. The deserts also looked delicious.

We ordered the cuppucino and ice latte, and matilda salted caramel cake, and cookies smores, everything tastes really good and also Ms Jancel was very helpful and friendly.

It was my 40th birthday 🎂 and since I love pink 🩷 so much, I thought the best place to start the special day would be some where pink 💖.. so opted for breakfast/brunch ☕️ at EL&N London and it was absolutely worth it! 🤩 Such a beautifully elegantly pinkly decorated interiors!! 😍 Just loved it!! 🥰 Then the two lovely ladies working there - Ethel and Ruth were so friendly and welcoming! 😌 Ethel just made my day with her complete warmth and professionalism!😎 What a beautiful soul!😇 I loved the way she presented the cake slice on the plate for my birthday celebration 🍰 so neat and nicely done!😏 she was quick to serve and a wonderful person to chat with! The food also came in generous portions and everything was very tasty!😋 full points to the chef 🫡 never had tiny pancakes in a cereal form before! Kids loved it! So big Thank you for the most positive start to my special day!! 🥳

The food was spectacular the pesto sauce on the eggs was made in heaven. For the cake we tried mixed berry and you truly can't get enough. Thank you Ethel for the amazing service and great recommendations.

My sister and I had a wonderful experience at EL&N. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and welcoming, and the service was efficient and attentive throughout our time at the café. The ambiance is beautiful and creates a very comfortable atmosphere. Overall, we highly recommend EL&N for anyone looking for great service and a lovely café experience.

Just been today to this cafe and it’s really really beautiful. You can see the most beautiful sunset from there. Staff were really friendly and attentive. Dressed were pretty and delicious.

Such a beautiful pink-themed café with a relaxing atmosphere and stylish design! The place is perfect for photos. The drink was refreshing and well presented — I really enjoyed the details and the cozy seating. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yas! 🌸✨

Outstanding service today. Eeron made the entire visit feel special from the moment we sat down. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and always one step ahead of what we needed. What truly stood out was how seriously he took my child’s nut allergy. He went the extra mile by using a completely new pan and fresh oil to avoid any risk of cross-contamination. That level of care and responsibility is rare and deeply appreciated, especially as a parent.
