I had a great stay at this hotel, and I especially want to appreciate the HK department. The housekeeping staff kept my room immaculate throughout my visit. They were prompt, attentive to details, and always greeted me with a smile. It's rare to see such consistency and care. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and everything was very clean and relaxing. Special thanks to Mr. Osama for his kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality — he truly made our experience even better. Also, the open poufe area was beautiful and cozy, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. Highly recommended!

This was my second visit to this restaurant, and once again I had a wonderful experience. I chose to celebrate my birthday here because I loved my first visit, and the staff made my day extra special. They were so friendly and even sang for my birthday, which was a lovely surprise that was organised by the hotel manager Osama Great food, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere. Thank you to the whole team for making my birthday memorable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

من خارج الرياض وسكنت اربع ايام جميل فندق كالموقع ولكن تعامل موظفات الفندق المحجبات للاسف 👎🏻أهمية فندق التعامل من زباين وراحة الزبون فقط اطلب من موقع طلبات الاكل يقولون ممنوع دخول الاكل طيب احد من عامل فندق يجبونه لي برضو رفضوا ولما تكلمت مع مدير الفندق شخص الصباح قال لي انتي موقعه عل نظام هذا قلت طيب أنا امس جاني ووافق ليه الحين لا قال مساء غير والصباح غير النظام واحد سواء صباح او مساء وراحة زبون اهمشي 👌🏻

Really enjoyed our time. The food was tasty and fresh, and the atmosphere felt easy and comfortable. The staff - Team Osama were friendly and made us feel welcome without being too much. Definitely one of those places you’d want to come back to.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely at home. Everyone is so kind, professional, and genuinely caring. I have stayed here for a month and a half, and honestly, I don’t want to leave such a beautiful place. Everything was perfect the room, the food, the hospitality, and the location, which is both convenient and peaceful. A special thanks to Raeda, who was always so generous and kind, with a beautiful smile that brightened my mornings. Also, a big thank you to Hatem and Omar for their exceptional service and kindness.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet even minimal standards. After a long flight and an exhausting journey from the airport, arriving to these issues was extremely disappointing. The room was not in acceptable condition — the bathroom sink was leaking, there was hair on the bed, and the carpets were old and unclean, making the room feel unhygienic. Our room was next to a window facing generators, with constant fan and machinery noise from outside, making it impossible to sleep properly. We had paid the full amount at the time of booking. Due to these ongoing issues, we checked out two days early. We were willing to accept a 50% refund for the unused nights, yet the hotel refused to refund anything at all, despite us paying for accommodation we did not use. When we raised our concerns, the female reception staff were particularly rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Their attitude made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, and no solutions or alternatives were offered. Because of this, we no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel and decided to move to another one. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, constant noise, and poor customer service resulted in a very disappointing experience.
