Very disappointing experience. I paid specifically for a hot stone massage, but halfway through the session the masseuse said the machine was not working and suddenly switched to a deep tissue massage, which is not what I booked or asked for. There was no proper explanation, no apology, and no option given just a downgrade of the service mid-session. On top of that, there was no one at the reception to validate the valet parking, which added more inconvenience to an already frustrating experience. For a spa located in a luxury hotel like Al Habtoor, this felt unprofessional, cheap, and poorly managed. Extremely disappointed — management seriously needs to improve service standards and basic organization.
