I have had the most distressing and traumatic experience. Please please please do not rush into anything with this clinic. Having had aesthetic treatments for the last 15 years I decided to try a new clinic away from my home country and how I wish I hadn't. They completely and utterly butchered my face at every site that was injected. I sought opinion from a Consultant Dermatologist that confirmed I had been mal treated both in terms of the treatment carried out and also the post treatment or lack of. I have tried to raise complaints with them for the last 3 months. Finally this week I could take no more and raised an official complaint with DOH. I then received a call from their Medical director who apologised a lot and said she wanted to make sure that this never happens to another patient and will issue a refund. Since then I have had it confirmed no refund will be issued only for the course of treatments that I have not used yet. BEWARE.

I had an awesome session of microneedling with Amani. It was my first experience. As a person who is scared of needles, she made me feel comfortable and reassured me by talking through the session. We had a skin consultation and she educated me about skin care. She is very kind and pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend the place and her. The staff at the clinic is very friendly and patient. I just visited the clinic for the first time for a Hydrafacial. I found the reception to be lovely and accommodating on short notice which was really helpful for me. This kind of accommodating team and flexibility is a key factor on my decision to return to Elexir. Additionally, I found Amani to be respectful of my requests for a gentle approach due to my temperamental and sensitive skin. I am definitely going back!

Elixir Clinic is one of the best skin care clinics in Abu Dhabi, I personally try some services that they offer, I found that their work is perfect and Miss Amani who carry out my Service is so good and professional; as well as the the clinic manger is so kind and so good of treating customers.

The well-known is not defined, a complete and integrated clinic, its staff are respectful and polite, its doctors are fully aware of what they are doing, each according to his specialty. In short, this clinic is a place for beauty, healing and comfort.

I got IV treatment ended with a hematoma on my arm since the nurse forgot to wear her watch! My arm was in agonizing pain and I spent good 20 mins alone on the 2nd floor yelling for help! Seriously this is absolutely ridiculous! And to top it off they said sorry we are understaffed and tried giving me an extra 10 percent discount and some collagen powder!! I would much rather get IV drips at home than risk another hematoma

This is my go to clinic in Abu Dhabi. I do most of my treatments there and I highly recommend to my friends. However my experience today ruined my day. I had paid for 4 sessions of a treatment and was there today to do my third and the 2 ladies from reception kept insisting that I finished 4 and I had to defend myself!!!! Accusing a paying customer of being dishonest and being put on the spot like that ruined my day. And the feeling of wellbeing that I usually feel leaving the clinic was replaced with anger and disgust. So unprofessional. هذه هي عيادتي المفضله في أبو ظبي. أقوم بمعظم علاجاتي هناك وأوصي أصدقائي بها بشدة. لكن تجربتي اليوم دمرت يومي. لقد دفعت مقابل 4 جلسات علاج وكنت هناك اليوم لإجراء الجلسة الثالثة وظلت السيدتان من مكتب الاستقبال تصران على أنني انتهيت من الجلسة الرابعة وكان علي أن أدافع عن نفسي !!!! إن اتهام العميل الذي يدفع بأنه غير أمين بهذه الطريقة أفسد يومي و عكر مزاجي. والشعور بالرفاهية الذي أشعر به عادةً عند مغادرة العيادة تم استبداله بالغضب والاشمئزاز. تعامل غير محترف للغاية.

I visited the clinic last Monday to seek for an expert for my acne scars. Pearly from the reception has accommodated me well from booking my appointment until I arrived the clinic last Monday. She’s very polite. When I was brought inside the room, I was with my nurse Ms. Amani who was very informative. She discussed to me the options and all the details which I think was very helpful and made me decide which treatment I will go for which is Microneedling. She made sure that I was comfortable and was gentle when we began the procedure. Post treatment instructions were discussed very well. It was a smooth visit! They are very professional and I am sure that I am in safe hands. I can’t wait to go back for my remaining sessions. I highly recommend The Elixir Clinic - Abu Dhabi! Thank you very much!

First i want to thank the reception staff who welcome me with a beautiful smile always , Secondly the manager was very kind and understanding , The Dr who saw me before my treatment was patient and gave me my time to understand what i really need . And a big thanx to Cathleen the nurse for helping me and making me super comfortable 🙏🏽 Last i have to mention the staff who keep the clinic super hygiene and very well presented and clean .

I have been a client to Elixir since they started. I always keep returning because Dr. Heba is the best in taking care of me and customizes my treatments based on my needs.. Zaldi is one of the best nurses in the clinic with a gentle touch and kind smile. Highly recommend to come here

Worst clinic experience ever. Staff is very unprofessional with managing appointments with zero regard to clients’ time and circumstances. Staff and doctors should also learn how to communicate better. I waited 40 mins at the reception area and then another 30 mins in the room, bearing in mind that I have asked not to wait when booking my appointment. I left without even starting my treatment because the doctor was still engaged with another client and I will never be coming back. Such a waste of time!
