لپ تاپم رو به علت خرابی فن بردم؛ خیلی راحت تهمت میزنن که این دستگاه قبلا باز شده و آثار بازشدگی داره و از گارانتی خارجه. این آثار بازشدگی رو هم فقط زیر میکروسکپ میشه دید که بساز جالب تر میکنه موضوع رو :)) آخه یکی نیست بگه مگه جنس پیچ لپ تاپ از تیتانیوم هست که به مرور زمان رنگش نره یا زمانی که خود کارخونه داشته اون پیچ ها رو روی دستگاه می بسته هیچ خط ریزی روش نیفته ؟؟ در همین حد بی منطق هستن مسئولین این گارانتی و هیچ پاسخگویی ایی هم ندارن. خدا رو شکر ما توی ایران بجز تورم اتحادیه و سازمان صنعت معدن تجارت داریم که بشه از چنین کلاش هایی شکایت کرد و حق رو گرفت.

مادربرد نو گرفتم حضوری به نمایندشون توضیح دادم مشکلات رو ، تحویل گرفتن و فرستادن برای بررسی ، بعد 2 هفته مادربرد اومد و نوشته بودن بررسی انجام شد بدون مشکل بایوس هم اپدیت شد . خب عزیز مشکل سخت افزاری هست هم 2 هفته وقت مارو گرفتین، مادربرد بی استفاده پیشمون موند ، مشتری و مارو نسبت به خودتون بی اعتماد کردین

اصلا توصیه نمی کنم، چون چند بار کیبورد رو بردم هی الکی درست می کنن باز میرم میبینم خراب شده، اصلا قابل اعتماد و مشتری مدار نیستند ممکنه دستگاه رو خراب تر کنن یا حتی باید کلی حرص بخورید تا شاید کاری صورت بگیره. دفعه آخرم بود با این گارانتی انتخاب کردم از قیدش گذشتم. حتی یه نفر دیگه هم همونجا بود که داشت کلی حرص می خورد بلکه یه کاری برای دستگاه خرابش بکنن با دعوا و اعصاب خراب.
