One of the most disappointing university experiences. For an institution that is supposed to be ranked among the top in the country, the level of communication, organization, and student support is honestly shocking. Students are constantly left confused, ignored, and mentally exhausted trying to get basic answers regarding important academic matters. Emails go unanswered, decisions happen last minute, and there is very little transparency or consideration for students’ situations. A university’s reputation should not only depend on rankings and appearances, but also on how students are actually treated.

Impressive technology. The real highlight is the fingerprint biometric gate system only for female students that automatically informs parents of every movements. It’s nice that the university takes such an active role in supervising adult students. Innovation at its finest.

The worst administration you can ever deal with, and I really mean that. If you have a problem and notify them about it, they will tell you call X, then X will tell you to call Y, and then Y will say that's out of our control. Since they didn't give me a scholarship even though I surpassed all their prerequisites by alot, they gave me a fake promise of studying my situation to try and help me financially, they got me registering for classes at 15 of Jan when I should not be able to register in the first place because its deadline was already up, I was very clear with them that I can't pay nor continue my journey with the uni if the financial aid doesn't happen or my scholarship isn't reconsidered, they told me to still study because the next semester the priority will be for the fresh graduates. They finally decided to not help me with financial aid, but not only that, now I have to PAY even though I WITHDRAWED, they say "you agreed to our terms of paying when you're leaving in the 5-6th week, but they aren't smart nor organized enough to be informed that I literally got inside the uni DISREGARDING their TERMS when I should not be able to REGISTER in the first place, when I registered, I already should be paying if I want to leave, which doesn't make sense considering that I got here in a special case. they claim it's for justice and equality, but is it really when you guys made me get inside when I shouldn't be able to? Or your guys claim justice and equality when you are focused on my pockets and money. I've got one thing to say, I've seen the people here, 99% of them are so privileged that they literally don't care about studying at all. While there's people like me who experienced poverty for straight 8 years and more. I'm ought to study and that's why I succeeded academically in my high school. But you guys are tunnel visioned and are too focused on my wallet instead of investing on me for the long term. If you're a talented student and you're trying to get a scholarship without an actual program that is organized with the uni or an embassy, then forget about it.

As a staff member at UAEU, I can confidently say that this institution is committed to excellence in education and student support. The campus is not only beautiful but also equipped with outstanding facilities that enhance the learning experience. Our faculty and staff work tirelessly to create a supportive and engaging environment for students. I’m proud to be part of such a vibrant community that fosters growth and development. شعرنا بخيبة أمل كبيرة لأننا لم نتمكن من حضور حفل تخرج ابنتنا في المسرح الرئيسي بسبب امتلائه، وتم وضعنا في قاعة أخرى لمشاهدة الحفل عبر شاشات التلفزيون. كنا نتمنى أن تتاح الفرصة لكل أولياء الأمور لمشاركة هذه اللحظة المميزة مع أبنائهم بشكل مباشر في المسرح، خاصة بعد سنوات من الجهد والدراسة. نتمنى من الجامعة أن تنظم الحفلات القادمة بطريقة أكثر عدلاً وتنظيماً.

Great campus,humanity and animal friendly.I believe they definitely try to help But sometimes ....

This review is about United Arab Emirates University located @ Sheik Khalifa Bin Zayed St - 'Asharij - Abu Dhabi. The best way to get there is drive like you are going to Al Ain. It’s a huge facility and way updated from the last time I saw it when I was there as student. Went there with group of my young fellows exploring good universities for UAE locals to join. The parking is far from the main building and they deployed pick and drop services from the parking to the main building for free which was good to know. Sadly, the drivers just sit the whole day do nothing and mercy me they are so overweight and big in number which I do not see it serves the purpose or the image of the place. Inside the building no signages or someone friendly to help, remember the building is way over staffed with many Nepalis and Filipinos. The Egyptian security is Big No for this type of places, you need someone willing to help and humbler and available to look after visitors and customer. The whole group decided not to join this and moved to another in Abu Dhabi. Oh The Place Need A lot of Updates from Outside and Good Spotting Eye from the inside.

مستاءة جدا من حفل التخرج اليوم لم يتم حساب كل طالب في عدد الكراسي وتم وضع الأهل في المسرح الخلفي عند نقل الشاشات حيث لم تكتمل فرحتنا برؤيتة خريجتنا الأهل غير مسؤولين لقلة التنظيم من قبل الجامعة

Good University with better infrastructure. Public transportation is bit hectic, no proper level crossing or shadow bus station

Though I'm not a student here, I visited this university many times. Pros: Its the biggest university in uae. Infrastructure is very good . Food courts are available. Jogging tracks are present. Cons : Actually there are many cons. ( Sorry for that) Sadly half of the university compound looks like desert. Needs more greenery. Seriously maintenance is not upto the mark . 40/100 Parkings are the main problems in the university. If maintained well, it's going to be one of the best universities in the world . I don't doubt about the government because they are the best government to their citizens. Thank you

سجلت بنتي في الجامعه ويوم أتواصل مع قسم القبول والتسجيل مايردون أبدا مع إني اتصلت عشرات المرات أكثر من يوم على مدار اسبوعين!! شكرا على سرعة الاستجابة للعميل. أما مركز خدمة العملاء لهم الشكر على الرد والاجابة

اختبارات عن بعد غير مراقبه. وينم فيها الاستهان بالاخرين. للنجاح بيع شهادات كذا

أسوء قرار هو بصمه يعني كميه عدد الطالبات مب نفس سنوات السابقة حالياً العدد مهوول ماشاء لله و الضغط على الجهاز لا نهائي عشرين وحده تسوي في الثانيه الي داخله و الي طالعه و الجهاز ما بيتحمل كل شوي يعلق و احياناً الوحده تيلس تعيد البصمه اكثر عن عشر مرات عشان يفتح. سوو بصمه ويه و ريحونا فوق انه نحضر قبل كلاسنا بساعه عشان ما نتأخر نوصل للأسف متأخرين من زحمه السيارات نتأخر زياده عشان البصمه معلقه مب حاله أتمنى تراجعون قرار البصمة لان تعبنا و نحن نتكلم البصمة تعلق وايد حطوا لنا بصمه ويه أريح و اسهل او بطاقه جامعيه فيها صوره الطالب و السكيورتي تجيك ع ويه إذا نفسه يدخل.

السلام عليكم عندي شكوى بخصوص الباصات عسب اليوم عيالنا الله يحفظهم سايرين الجامعه وحسب الإيميلات التى وصلت بأن الباصات بتتحرك الساعة 0200 مساءا ونتفاجئ بدون سابق إنذار او ارسال إيميلات بان الباصات بتتحرك الساعة 1200 مساءا وتم التواصل مع الجامعة بسبب التغيير المفاجئ لم احصل على جواب شافي وكل احد يرد الغلط على مسؤول الحافلات ومسؤول الحافلات يرد الغلط على إدارة الجامعة … وقالوا لنا تحركوا لموقع الباصات نحاول أنأخر تحرك الباصات للساعة 1330 وتم الوصول لموقع التجمع الساعة 1320 والباصات متحركة الساعة 1245 من مصلى العيد في إمارة رأس الخيمة … علما بأنه تم ارسال ايميل الساعة 1231 مساءا بأن الحافلات سوف تتحرك الساعه 1200 مساءا كيف يعقل هذا الشيء ????
