الذهاب لهذه المحطه اضاعه للوقت خاصه اذا اردت استخدام خدمه غسيل المركبات. في اي مكان فالعالم يختار العميل خدمه الغسيل الاتوماتيكيه من اجل انجاز العمليه بسرعه لكن في محطه البحيره تصر الاداره على جعل خدمه غسيل المركبات الاتوماتيكيه والتي يفترض ان الغرض منها السرعه فالانجاز مثل الخدمه اليدويه حيث يقوم الموظف بتنظيف المركبه يدويا ومن ثم تنظيفها بالتنظيف الالى مما يسبب اهدار لوقت العملاء الذين اختارو هذه الخدمه اساسا من اجل اختصار الوقت. ومثل ما يسبب هذا التصرف ازعاج لمن استخدم هذه الخدمه ظنا منه انها خدمه سريعه بالمقابل يثير هذا الامر تذمر عملاء خدمه الغسيل اليدوي لانهم يدفعون اكثر بينما طريقه الغسيل الالي اصبحت مشابهه للغسيل اليدوي !!!! ابلغت الادارة فالمحطه من دون اي فائده خلاصه الامر ادارة محطه البحيره الامارات تصر على اتخاذ اجراءات تنفر العملاء من التعامل معها واستخدام محطات بديله لديها الخبره اللازمه

Very disappointed with my experience at this petrol pump. I was overcharged on basic items: Mentos price was 17 dirhams, but I was charged 20 dirhams Barbican price was 5 dirhams, but I was charged 7 dirhams This is unacceptable and dishonest. Small overcharges may seem minor, but they break customer trust. Prices should be transparent and staff should charge correctly. I hope management takes this seriously and trains staff properly. Until then, I do not recommend buying items from this petrol pump.

One of the best gas stations, crew are very friendly and never fails to ask of you need a fuel cleaner. 😅

Very supportive and helpful staff and clean rest rooms were a bonus. Took snacks and fresh coffee and baked goods.

That tire shop is the worst, they don't know how to fix tires and just charge too much, their approach is super weird too. Don't recommend.

They dont have wind sacreen wiper from 6 month. Broken using from 6 months or may b more. Now they are also not working.. Think about it.

I went to take an oil change/service in Al khail Fast track. Hats off to Pravin! This technician will inspect the car specially mechanical and small details underneath. Even though i went there for an oil change only. They carefully inspected the car. Pravin saw that the 1 bolt on may lhs rear break caliper is missing. Thanks to Pravin he immediately notify me and he fix it. Highly recommended! Huge thanks to all the staff of Fasttrack Al khail branch🙌🏼

I charge my EV here....annoying Filipino staff..🙄 they talk too much.

Under staffed, You have to wait so long to get your number even though you are at the filling site.

I went to the Mechanic for a flat tire regardless of his rude behavior, he shot me up with his hand, and he didn’t respond to my question 0/10

I always get services including refueling and battery from here. I purchased battery October last year but during this week oil change they informed me that battery is not good and requires replacement. I told them I purchased the battery from same place and is still under warranty. After hearing this they said they don’t have battery but will be available after two days. I came back after two days and they told me battery still not available but they checked the battery again and this time they said your car battery is good and doesn’t require replacement. This was again a surprise for me. I told them it was them who asked to replace battery and now same team confirmed that battery is good. I am not sure if there was some bad intentions behind all this episode or it was just a coincidence.

They need to work on the quality of food served in Bakeria. The cookies not produced fresh & food is hard to munch doesn’t seem fresh.

i would suggest maybe adding a trash can outside? when i had trash and went down to throw it i found no trash cans by the door and i went inside and asked one of the staff inside she gave me weird looks and told me to go throw it in the kfc bin???

Newly open emarat petrol station .. at first al khail street on way to al qouz ... staff are very welcome coming, especially , binow , here for promotion new businesses
