After visiting several other stores, including Sharaf DG and the Honor brand store, I wasn't satisfied with the offers I was finding. Everything changed when I met Mr. Rayees. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal in the entire mall. He clearly explained why this specific Honor model was the best choice within my price range and provided a great offer that the other stores couldn't match. Beyond just the sale, Mr. Rayees personally helped me transfer all my data to the new phone, making the whole process seamless. I would like to express my disappointment with our experience at EMAX Dubai Mall today. The staff were neither welcoming nor friendly, and some came across as quite rude. In particular, the long-haired staff member at the screen protector replacement counter treated us poorly. We noticed a clear difference in how he interacted with us compared to the customer before us. His attitude was unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable and undervalued as customers. What was especially disappointing was that he questioned whether we had paid the AED 20 fee, even after another staff member had already confirmed that the payment had been made. Instead of handling the situation politely, he seemed doubtful and dismissive. I have been a loyal EMAX customer for many years and have referred numerous friends and family members to your stores. Many of them have purchased gadgets and electronics based on my recommendations. If you review my purchase history and referrals, you will see the support I have given to your business over the years. Unfortunately, today’s experience has changed my perception of EMAX. Customer service plays a major role in building loyalty, and I felt that we were not treated with the respect and professionalism that customers deserve. Because of this experience, I am now considering shopping at other electronics retailers and giving them an opportunity to earn my business instead. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer service training to ensure that all customers are treated equally, respectfully, and professionally, regardless of the situation.

Great help from both Mr. Angelo and Mr. Aslam to decide the better washing machine to buy. More than 30 minutes and they tolerated all my questions and answered me politely. I appreciate their help and attitude.
