So amazing clinic! Dr. Rajmeet Kaur has an amazing relationship with my baby. She is incredibly patient and gentle with children, which made my child very cooperative during the dental treatment. Her work is always excellent, and all the explanations and rationale are superb. She makes my baby feel completely at home every time we leave, Raya says, “I will miss my doctor.” You can truly feel that she is sweet, genuine, and deeply caring.😍 She explains everything clearly, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. Her professionalism and dedication truly stand out. A very special thank you to Chrisaiah Figueroa who has been extremely helpful from the very beginning. He supported us not only throughout the process but also with our family’s needs, especially in coordinating with our doctor. He is approachable, reliable, and always willing to help. Jahcklord Allan also deserves special recognition for assisting us with our insurance needs. He never got tired of explaining everything patiently and clearly, guiding us every step of the way. During a business trip, I had the misfortune of getting a throat infection, which kept me awake at night. I quickly googled clinics/hospitals and found this. They had an ENT specialist, so I took an uber, and rushed to the place. I arrived just as the clinic was opening, so there was no crowd. Everything was professional. De. Ahmed was great. I am already feeling better after a few hours.

I’m a patient of Emirates Hospital group for almost decade but this branch I have tried to visit for the first and last time. Why do we need to book an appointment if we aren’t able to visit any doctor in time? This branch is allocated in business tower where every minute is valuable for every patient. I came before my scheduled visit to pass through registration process in advance but even after long waiting period after end of my appointment time I wasn’t able to see the doctor. Thanks. Never again.

Dr. Ekaterina Pryakhina chose an incorrect treatment approach in my case. During my first visit, I was prescribed medication that focused only on suppressing my cough rather than properly addressing the underlying cause. After my blood test results, an antibiotic was added “just in case,” despite the absence of fever and without clear justification. Another physician later reviewed my condition and informed me that both the initial and follow-up treatment plans were inappropriate. The antibiotic prescribed was also not suitable for my case. Fortunately, I did not start taking it. As a result of the incorrect treatment and medications prescribed, I have now been unable to sleep for five consecutive nights due to severe, exhausting, paroxysmal dry cough. There were also administrative issues: my insurance information was entered incorrectly, which prevented me from obtaining the prescribed medication at the pharmacy. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Ekaterina Pryakhina or Emirates Hospital Business Bay.

Through web directly requested for an appoinment for dermatology and recieved mail and went to the clinic, I was I formed that was just a notification for appoinment confirmation to be done where someone would have called. When I reached on that time doctor is basically not working for that day and no one called to inform. My time wasted by travelling from Dubailand to business Bay. Really very bad as no one called to atleast to inform about appoinment. On top of that the person sitting at reception saying this is not our issue call center teams. 5 start for that attitude.

I’ve had teeth cleaning, fillings, and even a root canal done here, and every procedure has been a pleasant experience — not painful at all. I always come for dental with Dr. Rajmeet Kaur its been years with the same doctor for me and for all my family members and cousins 🥰 and whenever some friends asks for a dental doctor i will recommend dr. Rajmeet always. I did wisdom tooth removal it was a really easy process doctor explained everything around the procedure and what to do after how to care for the wound and she kept in mind that i fear injections she was patient with me which eased my fear. I go to doctor also when i need cleaning and i did filling couple of times the doctor is patient and easy to communicate with 💫
