There wasn't a single wholesome natural smile on the staff's faces, and the overall hospitality was disappointing. We had booked a bed-and-breakfast package,for 2 adult and 1 child but there was no breakfast buffet. Even the à la carte breakfast came with restrictions on the number of items we could order stating you are only 2 adults as we had confirmed during the booking for 2 adults and 1 child and restrictions on the breakfast was never made clear in advance. Overall, it was not a welcoming place to stay. At this price point, there are far better hotels that offer much better service and value for money.

I had a wonderful staying in past 50days (209 & 205) at Emirates Star Hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff Rabinas and hem good behaviour to the customers were exceptionally friendly, professionally good behaviour and helpful throughout my stay. They made sure everything I needed was taken care of quickly. Great location excellent hospitality. highly recommended.

Had an amazing experience with Mr javed and his team. The service was very dry fantastic and made us very comfortable. And they attended our needs with open arms. Definitely recommend this place

Excellent stay at Emirates Star Hotel. Respectful staff all around, and Mr. Mozammel’s hospitality truly stood out—always attentive and making sure the buffet needs were met. Good food for a budget-friendly price, great location, and very reasonable rates for business travel. A solid choice for comfort and value.

I had really wonderful experience staying with them. Amazing staff and facilities. Muhammad Ishtiaq, Receptionist is super awesome 👌🏻 who extended great support at all time. He is very smart and professional. Areeba (Receptionist) is also another amazing staff very polite and professional with good expertise in her work. I would also like to highlight Ajmeri working at their Restaurant with excellent service and the tea was indeed fantastic! The courtesy and the professionalism is commendable. Thank you all :)

We had our team’s annual meet here, everything was arranged perfectly. The food and venue arrangements were done neatly. Mr Ajmer did a great job in serving and making sure everything was organized.

The breakfast was yummy😋😋.The chef was so helpful especially the food was served so hot. All the menu items in breakfast was so tasty. Mozammel was so friendly and he was taking special care to greet the guests and ensure the satisfaction of the guests.He was giving special care to ensure that the right items what the guests requested are being served

Truly a great experience! Loved the room. Service was great! I remember Eman, Noman, T Bahadur, Binty and Zakir. Their lovely smiles would make my mornings during my stay. In the reception, both Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Ershad are great guys. Can't thank them enough for a beautiful & cozy stay there.

The rooms are dated, but spacious with kitchens and laundry machines. We had a cleaning issue in our kitchen but our other room for family was well cleaned and was updated. The staff was wonderful. Mozammel helped us in the restaurant with great service and delicious food. He was attentive, caring, and friendly with good english. I don’t even speak my own language well and he’s fluently multilingual. I would recommend this hotel on just the staff alone, but the rooms and food were good too.

We had a fantastic party and the support of staff was awesome.. The food was very tasty and good. The support extended by Mr. Javed, Ajmer, Firoz was outstanding

Sarita and Junayet were absolutely amazing! They took such great care of our room and made us so much more comfortable. Everything was always spotless, and they were so kind and friendly whenever we saw them. Their hard work and attention to detail really stood out. Huge thanks to both of them for making our stay even better!

It was a great experience in this excellent hotel. Hotel's condition is very net and clean. Mr.Rasel and his team is very helpful, cooperative, and has great communication expertise. I am very glad for their service.

I have been taking swimming pool access from 2024 and Basanta has been so kind and professional life guard, he does an outstanding job as a lifeguard, staying attentive and calm while ensuring a safe swimming environment. I truly appreciate Basanta’s commitment and quick awareness as a lifeguard, his presence makes the pool safer for me and my daughter.

Room it self was good and overall service is fine. However would prefer to have access to common supplies like tooth kit and shaving kit. Breakfast was good and mozammel at the kitchen was very helpful.

I recently stayed at the Emirates Stars Hotel Apartments in Dubai from February 13th to February 17th, and I had a truly wonderful experience. The hospitality from start to finish was top-notch, especially for those traveling with family. Highlights of the Service The absolute highlight of my stay was the incredible team. Their warm and friendly nature made a lasting impression: • Lovely Reception Staff: The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The team at the front desk was absolutely lovely—professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. It really set a positive tone for the entire trip. • Abdullah (Bell Person): From the moment we arrived on the 13th, Abdullah greeted us with a genuine smile and great energy. He was incredibly helpful with the luggage, but what stood out most was how amazing he was with my 3-year-old son. My son absolutely loved his friendly nature, and those small, kind interactions made our arrival and departure completely seamless. • Rabinas & Sarita (Housekeeping): Our apartment was kept in pristine condition throughout our stay. Rabinas and Sarita are clearly dedicated to their work; the room was spotless every day, and they were always so polite and attentive to every detail. Final Thoughts The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. However, it is the outstanding service and genuine warmth from staff members like Abdullah, Rabinas, and Sarita that truly sets this place apart. My experience at Emirates Star Hotel was very good. The hotel is clean, well organized, and offers a comfortable environment. I would like to especially thank Mr. Ershad for his excellent service. He was friendly, respectful, and very supportive throughout my stay.

A huge thank you to Areeba for her help during our stay. We had a minor issue with our room booking (our own mistake!), but she handled it calmly and found a solution immediately. She stayed late to ensure our family was comfortable and even followed up the next morning to check on us. Her level of care and customer service is world-class.
