Very very bad experience i am customer from past few months, their sales team need punctuality they are very very lazy they never reply on time very bad experience with them

Company is good. But Sir . BASHARAT . IS VERY NICE AND KIND HEART PERSON..

I am trying to order from them They view my messages without any reply It happened 3 times or more. Also they insist on selling near expire items and I asked for a discount on that and they refused

I continuously require products from Emirates Snacks and whenever my team goes to collect the item there is delay and chaos. The coordination is really poor. The item that was booked for collection is out of delivery without our knowledge and there is no card payment facility in Weekends. They also don't clear of short expiry items and when you check after purchasing only you realise its a month or just weeks away from expiry. I am posting this review as it's my same experience after purchasing more than 20 times from their warehouse. I hope you can make deliver you services in a much disciplined manner.

12 years of being a costumer today I’ve decided to find another supplier .. horrible service horrible staff .. simple delievry turns into 5 days saga for lack of response on their behalf and lack of communication.. we are in Dubai I can 20 other suppliers with same products and even better quality

Is this a real company? No answer on their phone, no replies from emails? worrying! considering they supply so many brands.

No one answers the phone and they don't respond to email enquiry’s. Even when they answer the phone the operator is clueless about who you should talk to or who to connect you with. Don''t waste your time.
