Very nice and quiet place, services are good and available... Nice gardens... It is located in the city center

I stayed a year & half in Empire wings, it is the best in the city, the community there is perfect, the green areas are beautiful & very well organized, the playgrounds are big and having many games for kids and training machines for adults as well. Very wide car parking & garages, very good water & power availability, very good security. The negatives are; the walls isolation wasn’t good + the rental prices are high.

Too noisy as there is a lot of construction around, which also leads to dusty house all the time. Only have one entrance/exit for both cars and people, my building was a bit on the far side from the gate, not sure why to 200$ a month for services when they are not willing to hire few extra guards and make another entrance. Only have one shop inside and closes at 11pm, lacks proper bakery, butcher, and vegetables areas. The internet router doesn't cover all of the apartment, a d of course you need to figure out that your self and buy a repeater to extend the signal. The main air-conditioning unit (the one that is usually outside) is in a small room inaide the master room, with no isolation provided, so you also need to figure something out from your side. Closed the entrance that leads to a street full of restaurant and shops, to make people use the ones inside, and there is 3 super expensive restaurants there. Overall over hyped and not worth the money you will pay, for me would suggest Parkview or Roya Towers

Very high prices and low quality of finishing and low-level services it was an amazing place but last years they missed it

Nice apartment electricity very hit and miss spent 1 night with no electricity for 6 hours.

90.s standards No service permises like schools, supermarkets, clinic, pharmacy, cafeterias, Nothing is there
