I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The nail service was not up to standard. I expected better hygiene and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I had my lashes and hair done and I was absolutely in love!! It was my first time getting my lashes done and I don’t think I would go anywhere else. As for my hair, I had gotten a blowout and my hair has never stayed this styled and held so much volume, I was very impressed by their work.I had also met the owner and she was so sweet and gave me the best prices for everything! Would 100% Recommend.

I like this place. All the staff are friendly and super nice to me. I usually come for the hair treatments too which are very good and not a lot of places do natural hair treatment- just check with the staff what is fresh , so that they don’t use stale items on your hair. They work by appointments - make sure you book an appointment before visiting. the employees are welcoming.

The team is adorable, visiting from time to time, they always warmly welcome me, they proposes many care and manicures services.

Had my hair done at this salon, and it became purple. They made an attempt to change it, and still it was purple. Also, I must note, when telling hem my hair was purple, they denied it and told me it was the LED lighting. Well, your hair should look good in LED lighting and natural sunlight. Extremely disappointed in this salon. I would advise that people looking for a hair color to look at another place. I have photos and will post them too. Please avoid and find another salon. The person coloring my hair was coloring someone else's at the same time. Funny how both of our color treatments (mine and the others persons) were done poorly. I do not recommend his place as it is unknown what your hair color will turn out to be.

I asked to get a darker hair with highlight. Turned out to be tri color ombre. I even showed a photo to the staff how i want my hair to be done and during the process i kept asking the lady to make sure she understand what i want, because It's not the first time i get my hair coloured and i don't think she's doing it right. Yet every time I'm asking she keep saying "It's okay It's okay". She was doing my friend hair and made a huge mistake by turning it purple and yes she did a terrible job with my hair too. Tri color ombre of Dark brown on the root, blond (my old hair color) and grey-ish on the bottom. They try to charge me 680dhs but i refused to pay the highlight charged, i ended up paying 580dhs. Which is still way too expensive cause i will have to get it fix. Later on the "Owner" keep calling my friend after reading her review based on our experienced on their facebook. (They didn't call me I'm only here for Holiday so i don't have a local number) She called my friend non-stop and send her a message that sounds like a threat to take the post / photo down because It's against Dubai law. There's no such a thing as 100% perfection, if the owner alone can't take people complaining I would suggest not to go there at all in case things don't go the way you expected or worse and you will have no where to speak up.

I had vacation in dubai coming from KSA and i found this beauty salon in google map, am so lucky they provided great services with nice prices. all staff are welcoming and kind ,many thanks to Gane.

This place is really nice and the staff is very friendly...i called n made a appointment for waxing eyebrows upperlips Mani pedi....I drove from work to this place which is about 25 minutes...waxing n eyebrows n upper lips done then they tell me that I need to wait for an hour for Mani pedi....I didn't say much....just paid n got out they offered to book me next day but I really can't be bothered to go again... I was very excited for the Mani pedi since I checked their insta n it all looked so good n reasonable price range...but this whole incident has put me off...

AMAZINGGGG!!!! I love your salon and it's the only salon i go to. The service is amazing and they make so much good offers. The staffs are polite and i just love this salon!!!

من اسوء المرات اللي سويت شعري فيها بروتين كانت عندكم النتيجه فقط اول اسبوع وبعدها الشعر صار ضعيف جدا .. اتقوا الله في الناس .. لا انصح ابدا بالتعامل معهم
