Could be better. Inexperienced staff who try to enforce the process on you rather than listen to your specific issue. My exit visa was cancelled, and iqama was transferred to new employer. Everything was updated in the Absher. However the customer service person made me visit 3 times to download a stupid document from Absher to satiate his ego. The first time he said, I have sent the request and it will be updated tomorrow. But it didn't. Second day I went again and he asked me the printout proof. When I showed him the new iqama he said, he wants proof of cancellation of exit, where as my iqama issue date was before exit expiry date. The third day I went and showed him a plain document and he said that now he will update it. When I asked him why he did this, he angrily looked at me, and said nothing.
