I visited for a steam wash. The washing service was good, but the vacuum team was very disappointing. I have never seen such lazy work. They did not clean properly and just did the bare minimum. It was a very bad experience.

I just had the worst experience of my lifetime. Entered in the queue for car wash at 930pm and it’s 2:30am and am still waiting in queue for the car to be vaccumed while there were just 4 cars ahead of me the entire time. Staff is totally unapologetic and working slower than the speed of turtles. Never getting a car wash from here! Totally unacceptable!

Visited the Enoc for Oil change and car washing and was well impressed with their services . A high professional Mr . Roy who is so experienced in service checked the car in detail and explained me as well . I believe this is called 100 percent job professionalism. Good Job team and complete surroundings were neat and clean . Highly recommended for mr roy .

Hi. Just now I go the station for feuling. I told him bro 30 dirham and he didn't listen or whatever he just full the tank and I told him bro I say just 30 and he was so loud and say no you say full. I pay the money and that guy behaviour is very very rude disappointing. His name is Daniel may be. His colour is black

Automatic carwash is fine but when it came to the vacuum and interior cleaning staffs are very slow.. they are understaffed.. 2 person per car will definitely take u much time..

I experienced good customer service here in zoom 1099 store because all staff are very nice . 45840 Joan and 46122 Chercie they are so nice to me and assisting me so well .

Extreme wash is a poor. Paying such much and I have to stay on the top to be sure that car washed properly. I don't recommend Extreme wash at that station. After washing vacuum place as well not fast. The car gets dry before reaching the vacuum place. Very bad experience.

QOC - Aftab and Domnic were the most helpful two mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. Very friendly, knowledgeable. Better than some actual garages I’ve been to and visited. Gone beyond to help me get my car get back on the road. They are both vital to your company and should be praised. Well done, genuinely one of the best customer service I’ve received across my years in Dubai.
