It’s in Avery good location, however there’s an obvious shortage in the manning. I have tried coming in different times throughout the day for 10 weeks and every time there’s one or two employees. For sure the queue is always too much and waiting time is around 20-30 min to be able to reach the fuel point and employees are very exhausted because it’s 12 lanes to be served.

I only have issues with their car washing service on this area.. I seldom come for car washing as they don’t really wash the car properly when using Smiles voucher. At first, they will offer the most expensive washing and when you tell them that you have 25% voucher from smiles, they will offer the next less expensive washing. Once you will use the smiles voucher, despite of telling them to wash it properly, they will do normal body wash despite your request is full wash. It’s not my first time having this experience. The first time I did, I thought, the washer must be tired with the long queue of cars ahead but the next time I did, it’s the same. They wanted to do only full wash for full payment. Even from the vacuum bay, I need to help them as they don’t dry & vacuum the car properly even you’re telling them. I wish they can add more manual washing bay to avoid long waiting.. I have to wait for 1 hr 15 mins to get my car started. The place is convenient for other services as all you can do from petrol, car passing and servicing. The only issue if their car washing bay. Overall, my car was washed, not as I expected but it’s acceptable.

I always have a great experience here thanks to one of the gasoline attendants who consistently helps me every time I visit. He is very polite, hardworking, and attentive. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service. Highly appreciated! Kudo to Mr. Jake 👌

I just want to say thank you to Mr. Sainudeen at the ENOC Discovery Gardens station. He’s always so nice, friendly, and very accommodating every time we stop by to refuel. You can really feel that he cares about customers, and it makes the whole experience better. Really appreciate his great service!

Parkonic will charge AED 4 if you spend more than 15 minutes in discovery gardens regardless of whether you used a parking spot, so better to visit another petrol pump or else Parkonic needs to exempt petrol pump users

It's impossible to reach them through WhatsApp, though during the conversation with reception this number was recommended for communication. The fourth day in a row Im trying to get a promised last Friday quotation. They keep ignore my messages..... awful service. Don't recommend to spend a single coint there.....

One of the most worst weekend errand is to visit this car wash! Please avoid if you can. Especially in era of internet where car wash is at doorsteps. You can easily waste your 3 hours minimum- please avoid if you can!!!

Update - Enoc team got in touch with me and were very swift in changing my mind about the car wash. My car wash experience has been smooth. Thankyou guys! Horrible car wash experience. They use dirty cloth which left water marks on the front glass. When I asked them to do it properly they told me it’s the light and it needs 5-10 minutes to dry. This is the third time they’ve given the service as such. Wouldn’t be visiting them again.

Outstanding After-Hours Service from Navas! I would like to commend Navas from Autopro for his outstanding service. Even though it was already past 10:30 PM and beyond their regular service hours, he did not hesitate to assist me with changing my car battery. He arrived at my location within minutes and quickly resolved the issue with great efficiency. Navas was very accommodating, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help. I deeply appreciate his dedication and highly recommend his service! Thank you once again Navas!

This ENOC is way too loud with their ads in the background, it's too jarring for customers. Please remove the sounds and keep it quiet!
