One day, I accidentally forgot my mobile phone at the gas station while making a purchase. Later, I contacted the station, and the staff informed me that they had found my phone. The next day, I went back and they returned it to me in perfect condition. The team was extremely helpful, and I would like to extend my special thanks to Justine, Janine and Alisha.

السلام عليكم ادارة اينوك لو سمحتوا عندكم مشكلة في فروع اينوك يخلونك تدفع حق الرصيد اتصالات و آخر شي يقولون والله السستم ما يشتغل عندهم يعني من البداية إذا ما يشتغل السستم عندكم حق رصيد الاتصالات لا تسون حق العميل مب تخلونه يدفع و آخر شي والله السستم ما يشتغل و بكل برود الموظف عندكم يقول والله برجع البيزات مالك عن طريق النظام يعني أنا بيلس اتريا كم يوم عسب يرجع البيزات اللى دفعته !! وهذا الكلام كله صار معاي في كذا فرع واليوم في هذا الفرع 10/12/2025 الساعة 6:36 مساءا ارجو الرد

Last week I have Visited ENOC pump(93) and had a disappointing experience with a washroom area cleaning staff named "Zairul". He shouted at me and behaved unprofessionally in front of others, making the interaction very unpleasant. Not happy with the service due to his attitude. Wouldn't recommend dealing with him.
