Their car wash service is so great. I was the second in line. I said I was in a hurry, and they got four people to clean my car in ten minutes... This is the first time I've ever had my car washed so quickly! And they didn't skip any steps, either. They were so enthusiastic.

Pushy staff and rushed service. I’ve been a regular customer here, mostly because of the "5th car wash free" promotion, and in the past, some staff members have cleaned the car quite neatly. However, my experience today was very disappointing. After a poor experience with the Auto Wash last time, I decided to go for a Manual Wash today. I requested the normal body wash, but the attendant insisted I take the full wash for 92 AED. When I refused and stuck to the normal plan, his attitude changed immediately. He clearly didn't like my answer, and as a result, he finished the wash in a hurry. The car was not cleaned well. It feels like if you don't choose the expensive packages, they don't want to put in the effort. Disappointing service today.

whenever u go at this gas station all taxis and Uber cars are being parked and u cannot find parking spot. Can management look into this matter urgently and allocate some specific parkings for taxis and uber so normal people can get some available spots

Worst experience with ENOC, before i wrote here with a good review,but now all getting really bad, 1. They don't have a system to issues token for manual washing to keep first come first service 2. All the staff looking for tips only if someone comes from a company, they don't care, specially at Vacuum bay 3. All over staff will treat you based on your Nationality 4. Tonny and supervisor of washing bay really bad and thinking they are the bosses of this place don't remember others names

Car wash is good, however the air pump always has issues, just now it suddenly started blowing too much air into my tire and the hose started leaking air

I cant describe how convenient this location is for people living in the Palm , For more than One year I had to go so far every time I need to refuel , This one is perfect , New and clean with good service , Ive tried it 3 times now with no queue at all in the morning around 8.30. I've tried it also at 3.30 and again no queue . They have a car service center , Car washing , Burger king , Zoom super market and everything looks good so far , Thank you for reopening this Gas station again in a new look.

I was there yesterday afternoon for a extreme wash for Aed 110. These 2 guys Mohsin(left) and albin(right) were working on my car and I’m extremely happy with the job they did as I had to clean the oils on the bottom of my car they used a chemical spray first and then washed with hot water without a hurry they did a highly satisfactory job by taking time to clean properly. Cheers to these champs

My experience with the enoc specially this branch was amazing i was there for the cas wash and the guys there were amazing and polite specially the guy KAIRUL and Ibrahim there wer both very good with their work and passionate about there job.

The system here is very slow. You have to queue for at least 20 minutes to buy petrol here.

Renewed ENOC petrol station before internet city. It doesn't have access from SHZ road!! Burger King, Popeyes and Mantoushe (Lebanese cousins) are there. Zoom supermarket for a quick shopping while you fill up your tank. ProWash carwash is here with other shops tyre and oil change! ATM available inside Zoom supermarket.
