Enoc management please read carefully and take a strict action against him. I am completely fed-up with this karama station because of your one staff. staff name is Inshad he is having very bad behavior and aggressive behavior he do not know how to talk with customers. He is a very angry person and openly abusing people and using abusive language. ENOC Management please take a strict action against him. I said i will not come to this station again he said no problem do not come i said i will complain he said ok complain now. I am an old customer of this petrol station, he is always misbehaving with people and abusing and using offensive language with customers.

This station in Karama is a much-needed addition to the heart of the town. With over 10 filling pumps, it significantly eases the fueling needs of local residents and visitors alike. The service at this station is commendable. Its central location and ample capacity make it a convenient choice for refueling.

Service is good. But Toilet for the PEOPLE OF DETERMINATION is locked all the time. I noticed staff’s are using it and keeping the key with them. So please keep it open all the time. It will be convenient for all.

I visited this petrol station very rude behavior of one night staff and no one filling the petrol. Only 3 or 4 car there and I call him one guy from the petrol station he saying are you mad wait until I come!!!!! what’s the behavior..? What kind of management’s are there..? If this kind of staff are there they will destroy your reputation and also customers if you respond my message I will tell you the time and date u can check the cc camera video of the guy and I have the video of the guy in my car dashcam

I visited this petrol station this morning. It wasn’t even busy, yet around 7–8 attendants were standing together, chatting and completely ignoring my vehicle.I honked multiple times, but none of them bothered to respond. After waiting with zero service, I left without filling. And honestly, I know nothing will change — this seems to be the usual attitude here.. they continue as they like, and nobody is bothered. All the best…

I had a great experience at this petrol pump thanks to Mr. George. He was super friendly and noticed my car had some dust, so he wiped all my windshields without me even asking. Truly a hardworking and thoughtful guy. Highly recommend his service!

Safeer was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were enthusiastic, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. Their product knowledge was excellent, and they offered some great suggestions. 13/11/2025 4:30am I went for fuel I’m regular customer of Enoc but there is a guy name Ijaz, he don’t have manners how to deal with customer, I asked him clean screen he said wait but he didn’t came so I just go.

Serious Complaint Regarding Employee Misconduct and abuse at Karama Station (Oct 11, 5:25 AM) Mosh Dawood Dear ENOC Customer Service Team, I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding the highly unprofessional and abusive conduct of a petrol pump attendant at your Karama ENOC station on Friday, October 11, 2025, at approximately 5:25 AM. 1. Initial Interaction: I requested the attendant to clean my vehicle’s glass. Upon realizing he was in the middle of eating, I immediately and voluntarily retracted the request, telling him it was fine and he could finish his meal. 2. Escalation: The employee subsequently chose to clean the glass anyway. After the service was completed, I expressed my appreciation and was preparing to leave. 3. Abusive Behavior: The employee suddenly became visibly angry, demanding to know why I hadn't said "thank you." He then slammed the card machine down aggressively and walked away. 4. Verbal Abuse: When I approached him to ask why he had reacted this way, he became hostile. He verbally abused me, stating, "It's not my duty" and "you should be thankful I cleaned your glass." He then made a direct threat, stating: "come next week to meet the manager and do whatever u want I will show you who am I. Demand for Action This employee’s behavior—including the unprofessional aggression, the verbal abuse, and the explicit threat of showing me "who he is"—is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the ENOC brand. No customer should be subjected to this kind of hostility and intimidation. I expect ENOC to: 1. Conduct an immediate and thorough investigation into this employee's conduct. 2. Take appropriate disciplinary action to ensure this type of aggression and customer abuse is never repeated.

Very bad service today i went first time to fill the fuel in this location after fueling i paid him cash and he was shouting with me that if he knows that i don't have change then he will not going to fill the fuel If you don't have good service then stop the service. Before i used to fill up only at the enoc now this will be my last i will never gonna fill up the fuel at enoc..

I’m experiencing an issue with the Yes Points app not updating. When I fill up petrol, the attendant asks for the code but doesn’t enter it, which prevents the points from being credited. I would kindly suggest that management consider improving the customer service experience by either providing the code before filling or finding an alternative solution to resolve this issue. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
