The staff was extremely unprofessional. I went to fill up my car, and when I found a pump with an empty spot, the attendant told me to go to the other side because he had many cars—even though there were no other pumps with available space. Meanwhile, the person at the pump in front of me was fueling their car. After that, the same attendant came and inserted the fuel hose into the very same pump I was at, but from the opposite side of the parked car.between me and him only one step When I called out to him, he ignored me. And when I asked if there was a supervisor, they told me there wasn’t one. Honestly, the service was very poor.

There staff only help who give the tips , they looking only side business because last time I saw one staff help air pressure one good car help but when he saw my car he is even not say hello hi !

All things are good but manager don't have idea how to manage site specially decision making is very poor better send another experience manager in this site and i don't found any site incharge in early morning approx 7 o clock.

In my opinion this is the worst place I have ever been. Very rude staff working at the zoom. I asked him if I can charge my phone , he said no plug point but then when I found a plug point he was like you can’t charge here. Apparently his manager will fire him. How much electricity does it take to charge a phone not even 2 dhs. I was stuck with my phone dead and this is the worst experience I had. Imagine people who are traveling and facing the same issue. It’s a petrol station shouldn’t they provide a bit of help. Sad to see this happens at a petrol station in Dubai. I hope this people improve their standards.

ENOC | 1062, located at Dubai World Central, is an excellent place for petrol crate purchases, known for its convenience and dependable service.

Does what you need it to do. Staff on the petrol pumps always very helpful and nice.

Reached the fuel pump and the tyre pressure pump not working !! Supper disappointed considering it’s give only pump in this area! Also only having one pump where other ENOC locations having 2

I am sorry to say but the staff is very lazy and unprofessional not corporate with customer. I am usually filling petrol from here because i am working in DWC but i have to wait at least 20 to 25 minutes even if there is no customers. Today i came here and the same thing happened one car is ahead to me when my turn come the staff went i have to wait for 10 minutes and then I left without filling. Its really disappointing to me especially in DWC. Thanks 🙏🙏

Very very rude and care less staf on this gas station... I told him to clean the front screen of my car. He said no, if you want it done, do it yourself. It's not my job.

Third class service, very rude staff Abdul jaffar don't want to work or give service to the customer. When I asked for his service he refused and when I asked for manager he is saying go and tell anybody and khalli balli. ENOC management kindly check your staff before recruiting and check this incident from his supervisor Alexander. I am sure that I will not go to your station again I will also suggest every one not to use you station anywhere.
