I always get excellent service at this ENOC branch where Mr. Aries Limbo is assigned. His work performance is consistently outstanding, and he is very accommodating to customers. He always makes sure the job is done properly and treats customers with respect and professionalism. Because of his great service, I prefer coming to this location. Highly recommended!

Very slow, disrespectful through dealing. Stalling. They don't want to work and talk to others more. From a very bad experience It's a waste of time; washing your car will take two hours and half .i will not wash my cars here again.

This is the last time I've ever had my car washed here. It's the slowest car wash I've ever seen. Two hours out of 24 hours! It's awful. The staff are incredibly rude; they act like it's none of their business. They're just there to collect their wages.

Dont do the carwash here the staff cannot handle the customer very well

The car wash guys on this branch is time and money wasting. Not good cleaning, very slow. I dont recommend this branch. Akhtar and Babu are slow lazy unfit nonsense staff it will be my first and last on this branch. You need to hire guys who knows the job, dont hire nonsense people! Its the the most expensive 48 dirhams i paid in DUBAI! Not worth it!

Came today to wash my car they where so slow do with payment procedures and they dont start to wash the car untill u pay . They didnt clean my car’s interior just did quick clean with small towel from inside . Didnt clean the door’s pockets inside . Its the worst car wash in dubai

I usually go there for my car washing. Everytime I visit there, I am satisfied with their service. All the staffs are so kind and hardworking. Very close from downtown, so easily to go there. Highly recommend.

They are good in washing but super slow. It takes forever to wash a car.

Addressing to enoc car wash department, al meydan Street dubai,kindly train your car washing workers as customer service and how to behave, They're so slow and lazy ,car wash supervisor are useless, no common sense, just try to stand in waiting room or having gossip with there colleagues ,moreover no cashier at the counter, They're playing basically not working,

I had a very bad experience at ENOC Petrol Station Al Ikhlas Site 73. The staff named Noyeen and Ameer misbehaved with me in a very rude and unacceptable way. They even forced me to show my personal phone, which is a very bad thing and completely not acceptable. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and against customer rights. I request ENOC management to take strict action against them to ensure this does not happen again.

Good location just the entrance of Sheikh Zayed road through Al Khail Road or SZR. Starbucks coffee is also available at the zoom store .

Very thorough wash by the very friendly Asad and Al Amin. They went as far as making sure not to put their hands on the already wiped areas and double checked any remaining marks on the car before the handover. Well done!

Excellence performing but today i got very bad experience with (ROXY 7489 info by VICENT) who was very rude and misbehaving person even he left my car and not feuling the time was 7:30-7:40 around pump No 7 hoply ENOC could understand the situation tnx

This location features three manual car wash stations and there is no automatic car wash facility. This place almost always crowded, however, it is easy to access before taking the Sheik Zayed road.
