First impression worst impression Today 25-02-26 Wednesday im came morning 4 :00 am. Im came for buy a powerbank. Powerbank is there good im ask for the c store to how much the price litrely he said you don't eyes check there. That second as a customer im feeling baad, im check it out supervisor or manager is there i didn't seen anyone if i see immediately complaint to his name ok then leave that incident, after im check the gents washroom it was closed again asked to the same guy he sid it was closed, ok may be any complaint or anything i just leave it actually he don't know how to give a customer service may be im not an American, European or foreigner, may be that why he cant give the proper service and not were the cap hi look behaviour everything was wrong i dont think so he is not eligible for this job. Please im requesting to the manager please give the proper guidelines other he is very big headache for you. Next time also i will check.

I always have a great experience at ENOC Petrol Station. The service is consistently fast and professional. Marthy is especially kind and helpful, and everyone else is always friendly and ready to assist with a smile. It really makes a difference when the staff are this accommodating.

I have been a regular customer at this ENOC station for a long time, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience this morning. Even though my petrol tank was already full, the staff insisted that I wait unnecessarily. When I requested them to clean the front windshield, they completely ignored me and gave careless responses, asking me to tell someone else instead of assisting. As a loyal customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, but the staff’s attitude today was unhelpful and unprofessional. I hope the management takes note of this feedback and ensures better customer service in the future.
