I visited this site EPPCO 49 last week and I have one wonderful experience from this petrol station. That sales represent name is VISHNU. 37888 his number. I went to buy an coolent for my car. I get it from the petrol filler guy. And i went for pay it inside the shop. Mr. Vishnu was there. He approached me with a smile and greetings. " Good morning.. Welcome to Zoom... How may i help you... " i said him i want to buy the coolent... Then he double confirmed the product and ask me that " which colour coolent you using in the car presently? " actually am not aware about it... Then he suggest me that " sir... If you dont know... Better to go with Autopro station and the mechanic will give you the best advice for your car." I thought it'll be more costly. Then Mr Vishnu suggest me a ticket of DSF. Since last 3 months am always seeing this ticket while i go for fueling at ENOC station. But this time Mr. Vishnu explained me about it very nicely. It's not only a Rafael ticket but includes Lot's of discounts vouchers also. Which includes Discount's for car service from the Autopro. He suggest me to go to the Auto pro with the voucher which is include inside the ticket and I'll get the best discount from there. I did what he said.. Actually in my car it was red coolent. I was supposed to buy the green from Zoom. Because of Vishnu's advice i visited the Autopro and all it's good now. With the DSF Discount's the cost are also very cheap compared to other garage. Any way thank you Vishnu... Appraisal for your wonderful customer service.

Wonderful & satisfied experience from the CSA : Vishnu. 37888. I went to Zoom for buy Starbucks coffee at night 3 Am. That time this guy was cleaning the Starbucks mechine and i relly get disappointed. When i ask him he replied how ever it'll take 15- 20 mins for finish the cleaning of Starbuck machine. This man suggested me to buy ZOOM COFFE. He ask me how many coffes i needed? Actually i needed 5 coffes. Then he advice me to get zoom coffe subscription through the YES application. Actually i don't have that application. He explained me the benefits of the application. There is a plan in the application For AED150/- 30 coffes I'll get. He helped me to install& register in the application as well as get the subscription plan. It's a wonderful offer.Nice Coffee as well as with the Arebica beans and fresh Allmarai Milk. I get to know about this through Vishnu's customer Service. Thank you Vishnu...😊

The customer service at this location is truly subpar. The staff members demonstrate an unacceptable level of professionalism. My experience was utterly disappointing, characterized by neglect and indifference. 👎😤😡🤯

I stopped at the petrol station after a rough day Mr Sarath asked Madam how was your day and Are you okay? When I said Not the greatest he smiled and said Keep smiling and keep trying It will get better I stop here once or twice a week and he is always so kind, caring, and uplifting that small genuine gesture truly made my day

Stopped by the EPPCO station near Lulu Center – Silicon Central and was genuinely impressed by the service provided by Bismarck. Shoutout to the staff named Sreejith. He is always smiles whenever I drop by to fill my tank in this branch. It has been two times I’ve encountered him! I appreciate the hospitality and politeness, despite the extreme heat nowadays. Keep up the good job Sreejith!

The petrol pump is at a very convinient location but today a couple of machines were not working and the que was very long. Please mend the machines and if possible increase the number of staff on ground, thankyou.
