Excellent stay at Rotana Erbil. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The security measures are outstanding and provide great peace of mind throughout the stay. A special thank you to Yasmeen from Club Rotana for her warm hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional service, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Great food, spacious rooms, and a convenient location. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

recently spent the Eid al-Adha holiday at the Erbil Rotana, and it was a wonderful experience. What I Loved: Cleanliness & Comfort: The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout our entire stay. Outstanding Service: The staff and employees deserve a special shoutout. Everyone was incredibly polite, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help with a smile. The Pool: The pool area was pristine, very clean, and a perfect place to relax. Entertainment: The DJ night they hosted was incredibly fun and added a great vibe to the holiday. Areas for Improvement: Breakfast Variety: While the breakfast was good and high quality, I would love to see a wider variety of food options and more types of dishes added to the buffet. Holiday Activities: The DJ night was great, but for a major holiday like Eid, the hotel could benefit from organizing even more diverse activities and events for the guests. Final Verdict: Overall, a fantastic 4.5/5 experience. I highly recommend Erbil Rotana for anyone visiting the city, and I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Rotana for several weeks, and I chose to remain there because of the comfort this hotel was able to provide. From the rooms to the friendliness of the staff, and the excellent facilities such as the swimming pool, Breeze, Basilico Restaurant, and above all the Rotana Club and its team, everything contributed to a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Yasmine, whose warm smile and welcoming attitude always made me feel at home. Five stars are simply not enough for the Rotana Hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was excellent. The bathroom amenities were all brand new, which I really appreciated. The welcome staff were very friendly and welcoming at all times. I loved amal she was so sweet , and there was a boy whi helped us in service his name was Rawand , thanks to you all

Hotel Is very comfortable and the personnel are always very kind and helpful. Club Rotana is a must, where you can chill out with a wonderful sight on the park and the city while drinking tasteful tea and wine and fresh fruit and appetizers. Jasmine is always ready to welcome you and make you feel at home receiving you with a beautiful smile 😁
