Absolutely disgraceful hospital. The nurses are outright hostile and behave like bullies, not healthcare workers. They treat patients with contempt, as if helping them is a personal favor rather than their duty. If you’re on a government card and your treatment costs more, forget about proper care—you’ll be ignored or denied outright. This place is a complete failure, and sadly, it reflects the pathetic state of government hospitals in Bengal. No accountability, no compassion, no shame!!!

All people are are very helpful nd such a good behavior specially help desk Hospital located in Bidhannagar locality, which is one of the main area in Durgapur. Experienced doctors are available here, and hospital area is very clean

আমি এখানে এমন কিছু পয়েন্টস share করছি যাতে সকলের খুব help হয়। * এখানে যদি আপনি প্রথম বারের জন্য ওপিডি তে চেক আপ এর জন্য আসেন, তাহলে আপনার esic card টি দেখিয়ে SPL Token (Kono Dr. Specialist কে দেখানোর জন্য) কাটতে হবে আর SD Token কাটতে হবে যদি আপনি মেডিসিন নিতে চান ( কেবলমাত্র সেই সব patients রাই এখানে medicines পাবেন যাদের রেজিস্টার্ড ডিসপেনসারি হলো এই Dgp ESIC)। * SPL Token কাটার পর আবার আপনাকে লাইন দিয়ে আরও একটা টোকেন কাটতে হবে, যেখানে স্ক্রিন এ আপনার Token no শো হবে, তখন ১৮৬ নং রুম এ গিয়ে আপনাকে সেখানে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকতে হবে। * বাকি ডিটেইলস গুলো বললাম না তাহলে এই পোস্ট টা অনেক বড় হয়ে যাবে, কিছু বিষয় ওখানে গিয়েও জেনে নিতে পারবেন। * আর হ্যাঁ আপনাদের সুবিধার জন্য আমি কিছু ফোটো অ্যাড করলাম এখানে। বি. দ্র.: OPD তে Dr. দেখানোর সময় অবশ্যই মাস্ক ও একটি সাদা খাতা সঙ্গে নিয়ে যেতে ভুলবেন না যেন।। 👇👇👇👇

Staff behaviour is decent but doctor behaviour is very bad. If you come first time pls carry a exercise Book. And one thing if you want to referal then, 2 passport size photo of patients, 7 B from 2 xerox copy. And ESI card Xerox copy. And Insurance Person should be There.

Pagal hospital hai accha admi ko admit karo to unko dabai khila ke pagal kar date hai aur treatment ka to oucho hi mat bekar hospital isse to bidhannagar hospital achha hai

Very bad hospital sab bekar hai doctor se lekar security guard nurse sabkoii... Yaha par admit krne jao toh idhr udher bhejenge aur admit hojaane pe ilaaj thik se nahi krte hai nurse ka toh kaafi kharab behaviour hai.... Doctors are very good, and the staff are very helpful but not all. Recently this hospital performed Knee replacement Surgery.

One of the worst hospital of durgapur.. behaviour of staffs are disgusting.. they have only one wheel chair in emergency department which u can't take it is only for show up .. patient admitted since a week earlier but till date not get any treatment which is required.... staffs were behaving like they r the owner of the hospital and also they talk with patients like they r not getting their salaries for their work... one of the faltu hospital it is.. everyone should complain about this...

Most worst atmosphere, all staff and doctors are very rude behaviour, treatment also is very poor

Its ok...but needs some major improvement...lack of proper system of enrollment of patients and treatment, no. of good doctors is low, not only here, but in whole West Bengali, majorly because of some corrupt system of entrances.
