Dear all, Be v careful with this company I paid for a comprehensive policy yesterday 29/Dec however never got the policy and the agent I'm chatting with send me a link to pay for another policy which is more expensive They will keep asking you to pay however nothing you will receive after. Be v v careful, already raised a complain at Dubai DED and Abu Dhabi DED.

They sold me an insurance with a company that doesn’t respond to whatsapp or emails or their call center. When i ask about the progress they say please be patient, 2 weeks passed already and still need to be more patient while they can’t even reach the insurance company themselves. What kind of broker are you? You sell fake policies or what?

I want to give 0 star for such a 3rd class insurance service. Never ever buy their insurance. Raised a car insurance cancellation and asked for refund and I received the refund after 4 months. I even warned them that I will move to consumer court and raise a complaint but they don't care and don't give a damn.... WORST WORST WORST SERVICE. I NEVER BUY IT. I BOUGHT THE ADAMJEE INSURANCE FROM ESANAD INSURANCE PLATFORM.

They scammed me by offering a low price online, then doubling it later in the chat. In the end, they claimed the prices were only estimates and not accurate. If that’s the case, they shouldn’t use a price calculator on their website. Completely unprofessional and time wasting
