This is a nice business center. They have good offices, like we have one of the office here in the center. The offices are clean and good with friendly staff to take care of your office and they help when needed with spacious meeting rooms with views. They have recently started a podcast studio which is exceptional with latest features amenities which definitely I am going to book with them.

We had informed Espada Business Centre two months in advance about vacating the office, yet they are refusing to return our security deposit. This is highly unprofessional and feels fraudulent. Would not recommend doing business with them.
