I tried this branch of Espresso Lab and it’s a nice spot to sit, work, and spend some time. One downside is that the smoke-free area is basically where everyone smokes, so it can be hard to avoid it even if you prefer a smoke-free environment. Also, the Caesar salad was very chewy both times I ordered it, and at 6 JDs, I honestly consider it one of the worst I’ve tried. Overall, it’s a nice place for coffee and working, but there’s definitely room for improvement with the food and the smoking situation.

The place was really nice and quiet, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good spot to work or hang out with friends. The coffee was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, making it a great place to spend some time. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely visit again.

I’ve always been a fan of the Espresso Lab aesthetic, and the Dabouq branch is no exception. The interior design is stunning, spacious, modern, and thoughtfully laid out to balance social areas with quieter spots for work. It’s an ideal setting if you appreciate a clean, minimalist environment. The variety of brewing methods and the range of options makes it a very reliable choice. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a refined, upscale atmosphere in the area.

It has great coffee...It’s also a comfortable, work-friendly environment with a relaxed atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to spend a few hours being productive or catching up with friends.

This coffee house has such an amazing atmosphere great coffee, beautiful vibes, and excellent service. Everything feels welcoming and professionally done, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Suhaib for his outstanding service and professional attitude. He’s incredibly respectful, attentive, and always greets customers with a genuine smile that makes the place feel even warmer. His positive energy and the way he treats people truly stand out. Great place for study work friends gathering and coffee

Lately this place has been my favorite in Amman (for coffee hangouts and chilling) Location is convenient, coffee beans are absolutely the best. Also their sandwiches selection is great! Their outdoor area is lovely and suitable for working remotely.

Drinks are extremely expensive compared to other places (I paid 6 JD for a matcha latte with oat milk!). The coffee drinks are not always consistent in quality, sometimes they good and others really bad. The atmosphere is terrible with all the smoke, it feels like I’m sitting in a smoke cloud and my lungs feel like they’re suffocating even on the second floor where people can’t smoke. Finally, the staff before were actually nice but today the guy who served me was unpleasant and a little rude. Anyway, I think this will be my last time here 😅

The coffee was almost good, but I have to talk about the bathroom — no bidet?! 🤢🤢 🤢🤢🤮🤮 Yaak! In most of the Eastern world, they try to copycat us and install bidets in their restroom because they are simply more hygienic. It’s 2026 and this has been a basic amenity here in Jordan since ages!!!

Espresso Lab is a great coffee house where every visit is a delight. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the friendly staff the experience even better. This place holds a special spot in my heart, not only for its great brews but also because I met my husband here. Highly recommend for both the quality of coffee and the wonderful atmosphere!

EspressoLab, though overpriced and with average tasting coffee, keeps being one of our places to go out because of the atmosphere.. I would recommend them having a second look at the prices, even though it doesn't seem to be a problem as it is always full! Cakes and desserts are the best to get over there, I would skip the sandwiches and whatnot. For drinks, either get the turkish coffee or the sweetened drinks. Those are my recommendations. I think they can also do better on service and staff.

Loved sitting outside in the back during the weekend. Some beautiful shade and great service! Updating this review to share a winter experience. Delicious food photos are updated, unfortunately I need to highlight how disappointing it is to have an overly polluted interior! I couldn't breathe while going to the restroom due to the heavy smoke. If you manage to find an outdoor table during winter, you may be able to get some fresh air to enjoy the delicious food and yummy coffee ! Smoke indoors remains a major challenge. Customer service is excellent however! Got great service from Abdel Rahman today.

Most of the drinks are okay some are good but compared to the price you can get same quality with much lower price, the barista preparing the drinks was just throwing the cups on the desk. Sarah seems like she’s the team leader but she has bad attitude my drink was tasteless and she said we can add sugar and kinda fixed it but my friend’s drink was on the desk for so long and was written in another person’s name so we did not know that it was ours and when she asked and knew that it was our cup she simply said that now your name is Moh instead of Hamza. No smile no simple apology nothing. I used to like this place but now i don’t think i will return again.

Parking is tough. Coffee is good. Outdoor seating outside is pleasant and indoor is quite smoky of all kinds cigarettes, cigarillos, vape, 420. A lot of people with their laptops. Decent WiFi.

Amazing place for a quick coffee or a casual business meeting, the most annoying thing is the heavy smoking all around especially when doors are closed. Best time is early in the morning

Greatest coffee in town with the best machines. The honey bar flavor is incredible. A little pricey but given the location and machines, it’s worth it. A big lounge area to enjoy and relax. Next time will just try the espresso to check the smooth flavor of the coffee grounds they have in house. Valet parking available to just focus on the coffee, not finding a parking spot ;-)
