Amazing gated community. Very green, clean and family friendly.

Incredible community, the houses are beautiful and spacious (if you for the standalone villa’s), nice community parks, nice and green. Facilities like tennis courts, basket and football pitches. Local supermarkets, multiple access points in and out of Victory Heights, make it a great place to live.

Excellent Living Area, very Family-friendly, lush greenery, very good connections to all Main-Roads in Dubai and in each and every direction, good overall Management Only Downside is New and Last Extension is coming in a different (modern) Style of Townhouses - in my opinion not a good decision tondonitnlike this.

Got to be one of the best estates in its class. Beats other areas such as meadows because the houses are newer, and they cost much less actually. Lovely green areas, great Spanish design, quiet streets great for bike riding and skating without worrying that a car will come zooming.

there are two entrance one from sport City and other one from motor city The community has everything from play area to big parks Only issue is there are lot of speed breaker which will make sure you replace your car shock absorber every 6.month Maintenance fee is another issue where even you own the villa still you have to pay which make its worst investment ever community is having sign issues as well people usually get lost even google.maps cannot help
