Ethiopia Green Restaurant Dubai

First time visit - Myself and my husband had visited here and immediately we felt welcomed. The place has a fun and vibrant mood which was really welcoming. We had ordered the meat platter (Mahberawi) and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was flavourful and very tasty, nothing was spicy therefore we could really taste the flavours. There is a great selection of vegetarian dishes also. We highly recommend this restaurant and we would come back again.

Great Lunch at Ethiopia Green Restaurant I went with my sister for lunch and had a wonderful experience. From the warm welcome at the entrance to the cozy, culturally rich ambience, everything felt authentic and inviting. We ordered injera with traditional side dishes—delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portions. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to try authentic Ethiopian cuisine!

Wow I’ve tried other places but i give this place 10 out 10 the food was really really good. 100% would recomend and also very nice staff and the service was great.

Absolutely delightful meal! We tried one vegetarian Dish! So much like our Southern Indian Dosa chutney, dal (mudda pappu) veggies all roots mostly! Superb flavors and taste!

Trying it for first time injera bread was bit sour not sure its normal. Meat was tender and good. Nice ambiance.

Authentic Ethiopian experience! The food was flavorful, especially the Mahaberawi platter with its variety of stews on soft injera. The refreshing birz and traditional coffee ceremony in a jebena were highlights. The warm ambiance and great service made it feel like I traveled to Ethiopia. Coming from a different culture, it was mind-blowing to see and experience such rich traditions. Highly recommend!

First time trying Ethiopian food and was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was! We tried traditional Ethiopian Injera and had an Ethiopian “coffee ceremony” after our meal. Food: Was very flavourful, each individual meat/stews on top were seasoned so well and paired nicely with the flatbread. It is very heavy and probably could feed 2-4 people (in this case it was a lot for me and my partner 🤭)! The coffee was also very nice!!! Can’t put my finger on what it tastes like but it’s something you will never taste in western coffee shops. It’s strong yet light and it pairs sooooo well with popcorn 😋 Service: Amazing from start to finish! Welcomed us warmly and he could tell that it was our first time having Ethiopian cuisine. He helped us out on how to eat and suggested their most popular dishes. We also wanted to order coffee but he insisted that we have it after our food and was overall super accommodating to us! ☺️

I ordered the "Mahberawi" to-go and it was such a wonderful meaty lunch. Generous portions (good for 2-3 people!) and exceptionally tasty. I love how different each meat dish flavor was from each other combined with the sourness of the Injera bread.

What an amazing place, am pretty sure it won’t disappoint you! The taste is just like you are in Africa most the ingredients are imported from Ethiopia the portion is so generous single meal is enough for two two people meal enough for three . Clean place friendly staff. So easy to find a parking rate 10 out of 10

Para ser primera vez en comer comida etíope y siendo americano de nacimiento. Me gustó mucho todo lo que probamos. El cafe y su ceremonia muy bonito y delicioso. No hay postres!!!!

Very disappointing first experience. The injera was spoiled, the portion was too small, and the sauce was excessive. I asked for extra injera (even willing to pay) but had to wait almost 3 hours. I’m still waiting and the order hasn’t arrived yet. Extremely bad and rude service not recommended.

I have been on a holiday in Dubai together with my wife. During our holiday we went to Ethiopian Green Restaurant for dine. We enjoyed their delicious and mouth watering food and fantastic hospitality. We recommend to everyone visiting Dubai to pop into this fascinating and clean restaurant and enjoy their best food and great hospitality.
