Located on the first floor, this center handles UAE visa medical tests quickly and smoothly. For new employment visas, bring your passport and employment visa, with two copies each. For renewals, bring your passport and Emirates ID, also two copies each. The test costs AED 250, and results arrive within 24–48 hours via SMS from SEHA. There is an option for same day results but It'll cost around AED 100 more. The place is usually quiet and empty — I finished both the X-ray and blood test in under 10 minutes. There’s a Najmat Stationery nearby if you need to print documents and they accept card payments. Rating: 5/5 for speed, service, and overall efficiency.

Good location There is a parking spots available, no need to pay for it. You need to get copy of visa status, copy of passport. If you don't there is stationary in front side to print it. I came at at 10am, the receptionist took less than 5min to get you in and get you a number for next step. There was line up on blood test and xray. Maybe due to ramadan working hours are tied and short Overall good and friendly staff

I have been to this clinic 2 times and I am still no closer to having my visa screening done. The first time I went they told me the system was down and I had to wait but when it came back up there was no time because this places closes at 3pm!? And I had to be at work because of course why would they operate outside of normal working hours or on weekends, not like most of Abu Dhabi works those same hours on a visa that needs to be renewed every year. The second time I went was at 10am an hour after they are supposedly open only to find a locked door and no one in site and no sign saying when they would be open. This is actually ridiculous if you need a visa screening don’t bother with this place.

I came here for blood tests and X-rays for my family Visa Screening. I’ve called ahead for information before coming, and the staff were very helpful. When I arrived around 11 am, the wait was minimal because there were only 2-3 people ahead of us in the queue. It was quick, so I didn't have to wait long, just had to have the documents ready. They only needed copies of passport and visa, but I didn't have a copy of passport. The front desk staff were very helpful and offered to take a copy of my passport for me. The document copying service costs 1 AED, and the total cost for all the examinations was 250 AED. The staff were efficient and friendly.

Very helpful, polite and professional service from the security guard who assisted me with the photocopies of my documents to the lady who checked me in to the nurse, phlebotomist and x-ray technician, all went very smoothly and was quickly processed at 07:00am.

It went too fast until quite a few Etihad priority persons entered in. Still it was quick. Big thanks to all team. Blood sample was taken gently too.

Firstly, they don’t have a printer to print any of your document. Secondly their system will be hanged for an hour which will waste your time. Not recommended

I had a great experience at the Etihad Disease Prevention & Screening Center in Khalifa City. The service was very well organized and professional. Even though there were around 20 people ahead of me, I completed my medical in just 40 minutes, which is impressively fast. The staff were helpful, efficient, and made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend this center for medical services.

تنظيم جدااااا سيء والموظفين تعاملهم تحت الصفر واسواء من السيء.. المكان حاااار مب مشغلين التكييف.. فوق 25 شخص يتريه ومافي الا موظفه وحده ومعلقه مع شخص اكثر من نص ساعه، من مجموع 4 كاونترات بس كاونتر واحد شغال !!!!!!!

Did my medical test for visa renewal here & Mr. Nadeem, the officer at reception, welcomed me with very nice hospitality and helped me with the copy of document. The service here was very fast with the fast track option.

The whole process took no more than 30 mins. A big shout out to the super helpful Security guy. He definitely goes above and beyond. However, it is thoroughly unbecoming of a medical professional to be having a phone conversation while drawing blood. Won't hurt if you treat the people who are paying for the service with a bit of common courtesy. For this one reason, I'm going to recommend people to avoid this place, if they have any alternative.

I read the review that said it wouldn't take 30 minutes, but when I arrived at 9 o’clock was told it would take an hour and a half. Then, more than 40 flight attendants suddenly showed up and only they were called from then, so it took me three hours.

Not organised at all, I was there at 9am and left at 12pm, numbers are mixing up, one employee on the registration desk, one check up and vaccination room in the same time which means one employee also, one blood test room where I waited for an hour to reach and one X-ray room and this is the only one which was very fast. Will never go there again

They will keep you waiting until every single etihad employee who came 1 hour after you finish and go home. They have only one person taking the blood tests. When I asked the lady why everyone else entered before me, she replied "They are Etihad" they are the priority.
