Very bad customer care They don't have enough employees When the employees sees you in the showroom they will run away And if you ask someone from thier employers for a help he will start making fun of you while saying "you should know where are you going by yourself " How I will know where to go if no one is telling me I will never go back here again

They have good price and good items but delivery 🚚 worst the most worst staff kindly check your delivery men I told them I want morning time delivery but they call me at evening times just because of them my items I get two days late ( please check your driver's thanks

They have very good offers and prices and the quality of products is amazing, I experienced fantastic customer service too. I would recommend to shop in store and not to shop online. I love this branch and the staff were kind and very helpful. They explained everything in details and they are really good at dealing with customers. I had to wait for the warranty paper and it took a while but not too long. Everything was good in general a positive overall experience. Will definitely visit again and shop. They have such amazing prices. It’s a very tidy and neat space to shop as well. Well maintained. Lots of people will attend to you at the store.

I asked cashier to give me proper invoice, he said i cant give the bill, and gave me only thermal print bill. Which is use less after 15 days or more. Then i told him i will go and make complaint Then he said ok i will give you bill. But i will charge 1 kd for bill that is disgusting in kuwait i here this first time. Need to make complaint in ministry and make them learn some lesson

I have noticed that your product offerings are not being regularly updated through our calls. I purchased a cable (USB-A to Lightening) for my iPhone 14 pro with the communicated intention of using it for my car. The salesman immediately took me to the most expensive cable available. I asked for the cheaper option and he pointed me to one that was decently priced. Only thing is.. as soon as i got into my car (not a minute after purchase) it wasn’t working. I tried several times. Turning my car and phone off and on a multitude of times. Nothing.. 🫤 I came back and told the person who sold it to me the issue and this man looks me in the face and says “oh this doesn’t work on cars only THAT one works on cars” pointing, once again, to the most expensive cable. 😡 Frustrated I asked for a refund and was shocked when this clown said “we don’t refund once the package is opened”..😒 Umm, unless you know another way to alakazam the cable out the box for it to not work, but then what, do i click my heels three times for it to give back into the box? 🥴 I asked for the manager. He tells me to go upstairs. nahhhh bro, you get his ahhh down here before i turn you to a cable and not refund your face after i break it. 😂 Long story short, i talked to the manager, he cried about it and hit his head on the wall three times and poof he turned into my refund 😌

They are ok if you don't want to shop around for better prices. They can be %30-%70 more expensive than small shops especially for small gadgets. There big appliance prices are fair and competitive. Just make sure to shop around.

First purchase from eureka ( and definitely last) From floor sales team to delivery section it's pathetic slow service , made to wait for no reason , no answers , only prompt one was the cash counter 😁 .....

TV was cheaper than the competitiors, and it was delivered very fast. But the television stopped working the next day. Took two days for support tech guy to come to check it out. I’m terribly upset that no one could come sooner when I just paid for a new television. I’d rather pay more for something that works somewhere else.
