visited your store today with the intention of purchasing a phone. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was very disappointing. The staff member who attended to me was quite rude. When I asked about possible price negotiations, he responded in an unprofessional .Later, when I confirmed that I wanted to buy the phone, his attitude changed, but the customer service was still not proper. While I was asking questions about the product, he was busy using his mobile phone and did not pay proper attention. His neglectful behaviour made me feel disrespected, especially when purchasing a high-value device. As customers, we expect proper assistance, respect, and support—especially in a retail environment. I kindly request that the team provide better customer service training, as this will help build trust with customers and support the growth of your business.

Very good price & service here in this shop, just checked the price randomly and got very good deal, and got 2 phones, kudoos to EVEREST CITY MOBILES

When you visit them, each salesperson gives you a different price. When you show them the video from their social media, they say the offer is old or the stock is finished. They try to overcharge you, and they don’t accept card payments. If you pay by card, they ask for an extra 3% as a bank fee, which is not normally the case in the UAE. He even mentioned that we have to pay tax on card payments. Also, the phones are the Japanese version with online eSIM only.

friends be careful - this dude sells activated phones and then if u buy u wont be able to get apple care + - also an extremly rude dude and has no respect or ettiquestes to even talk ! best to avoid as many genuine shops around as well !
