I had a very disappointing experience with Gevora. I purchased a gold item as a Christmas gift and it was damaged upon unboxing. When I returned to the shop, the staff were unhelpful, sarcastic and refused to exchange the item. I was even asked to pay half the original price just to replace a damaged item. Because of the poor service, I given back the damage items as couldn’t use anyway! And left without a refund. I would not recommend this store. Malabar provides far better customer service and even fixes items for free no questions asked.

I brought a 10500 aed jewelry I was told by the staff that I can get a tax refund which is 5 percent of the total amouth at the airport but ,they didn’t give me any papers of a proof like planet tax refund document just a receipt coming from their store. When I arrived at the airport I showed the receipt to get the refund and I was told that they are not registered. The owner send me a voice mail and if I want to return the jewerly but I’m already at the airport . Moral lesson don’t believe to all they told
