“Parking here is extremely difficult, the flat has pest issues, and if anyone parks even slightly incorrectly, security immediately issues a 500 AED fine. The security team is unresponsive and often speaks to us disrespectfully, as if we are not valued. As more tenants move into the building, they claim they are not responsible for anything that happens.” Dear Ewan Team, Pls inform to your security team talk to politely. They’re claiming the amount which is parking violation 500AED it’s too much. Pls consider our request if pls give warning 1st then you give fine for normally. Pls arrange the parking and for the tenant and collect the amount for monthly basis, pls this information put on the notice board. Good community make a good environment good environment make a good people!

Now everyone can see that EWAN security is working well at night. Earlier, because of wrong parking, the school bus could not turn inside and children had to get off in the cold. Now the parking is clear and the bus comes right in front of the building. Special thanks to night guard Awais, who works all night and never takes money or tea. We are very happy with the new, honest security team.

I would not recommend taking rooms in Ewans DIP1. Parking is a major issue—almost every day, someone’s car is locked by security team and the security team’s handling of the situation is very unprofessional. Even if you try to arrange parking officially, the concerned team charges around AED 500 per space, which feels unreasonable. On top of that, most of the facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. Overall, spending money in Ewans does not feel worthwhile.

Very nice place to stay in Dubai Investment Park 1. Big rooms and more open space .. enough parking .. 24 Hr super market open .. swimming pool ! Cricket and basket ball court and long walking track ..

Staffs are very arrogant....single man cannot use the pool...need to accompany with wife or kids. The facilities are the bar of lifeguard and watchmans...the chairs are used for sunbath of lifeguards cloths undergarments

Last night I accidentally forgot my bag inside Ewan residence and I informed to security guards and he promptly searched for if and safely returned it to me I’m very happy night duty security doings excellent job especially Mr Awais shah great work and keep it up thanks😊

Extremely Unprofessional Security Services I was shocked by the level of negligence and unprofessionalism from the park’s security team. After closing hours, I witnessed a group openly drinking alcohol inside the park—clearly against the rules. Instead of stopping them, one of the security guards was actually drinking with the group! When I confronted him about doing his duty, he vanished from the situation entirely, leaving the issue unresolved. This is disgraceful behavior from someone entrusted with ensuring public safety. If the very people hired to protect visitors are breaking the rules themselves, how can anyone feel safe here? Such conduct shows a complete lack of accountability, discipline, and professionalism. The management needs to take immediate action, because at this rate, the park’s security is nothing more than a liability.

Community have a responsibility need tomaintain inside of community and clean environment. Someone make dirty this area And give to fine them.

Superb residency. I just love the ambience. Peaceful and calm. But the most important thing is the greenery, trees and birds are there. That makes you feel very relaxed. So soothing. There is well maintained swimming pool.

Today I forgot my phone in the building 45 rest area and the security team will be find the phone and take over to me within 20 minutes.thanks to the team,expecially Mr.John and Mr arman Haris🙏

Ewans Security very corrupted If you give money they allow to park your vehicle center of the road if not they put your vehicle Dubai police app so many people suffering for security it's better to Don't move here 😏

Too many cigarette butts! Trashes are everywhere. It could have been a nicer place only it was cleaner. Also please put water basin for the villa birds at cats to drink from

The building is neat and nice looking from the interior and exterior, but its really hard to get to the building

Water remains stagnant for days together when it rains, leaving the parking unaccessible,. The maintenance team does nothing about it.
