This is an extremely poorly managed property space. We have been tenants here for two years and in the past 2 year there has been zero maintenance of facilities. To add to this, the rest room facilities are a disgrace. Seats have come off its been over a year. One bathroom is permanently closed and the other is left for over 40 offices to use. The pantry kitchens offered is dirty and smelly. If you are looking for a well maintained space with basic amenities - this is definitely not the place.
