I am disappointed with the service I received. Although the food was manufactured today, it was spoiled upon purchase. They even ask to return the spoiled item myself, but I insist they should take it. Furthermore, I had to pay an additional AED 2 to receive a different replacement item. Customers should not bear extra costs for inconvenience when receiving a defective product. I request that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately something is wrong with your food handling or your fridge is not working properly.
