I am very happy with all salwar suits from Faatih boutique . The fabric quality is excellent and feels soft and breathable on the skin. The stitching and finishing are neat, and the fitting is just perfect. It is comfortable to wear for long hours and suitable for both casual outings and functions. Totally worth the price.

Extremely disappointing experience – unclear pricing and rude attitude I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience really pushed me to do it. I went to this shop in Sharjah all the way from Dubai after seeing their Instagram promotion. My initial plan was to buy from the promo items, but in the shop I saw a better dress for a slightly higher price and decided to buy that instead. The merchandiser clearly mentioned — and it was written on the bill — that the dress could be replaced within 7 days. When I reached home and checked properly, I realized the shawl they gave me was a completely different colour and did not match the dress at all. So, two days later I went back to the shop to replace it. That’s where the real problem started. The salesman’s attitude was extremely rude from the beginning. He bluntly told me that I should have checked everything in the shop itself and that because I kept it at home for two days they “couldn’t sell it again” and that I was responsible. Then he said, since it was bought during a promotion, it cannot be replaced – something that was never mentioned on the bill and never told to me at the time of purchase. Only after I insisted and pointed out what was written on the bill did they reluctantly agree to replace it. But then came the next shock: None of the dresses in the shop had a price tag. The same type of dress I had originally bought was suddenly 50% more expensive. The salesman simply said, “That time it was promotion, now no promotion,” and kept changing prices verbally. Since there were no price tags on anything, the price was whatever the salesman decided on the spot. When I said I would not pay a single dirham extra and wanted something of the same price, he only gave me three options out of the entire shop. At that point it was obvious that they were just trying to restrict my choice and push me into accepting whatever they wanted. I didn’t even bother checking the designs properly after that. I just took one of the three options and left. Honestly, it felt like a complete lack of transparency and respect for customers. I’m writing this review so others are aware: Always check your items on the spot before leaving. Be very careful when a shop has no price tags and everything is “decided” by the salesman. Don’t rely on verbal promises – if they say “7 days replacement,” make sure the conditions are clearly written, including whether promotions are excluded. For me, this was a lesson learned. I will definitely think twice before trusting such promotions and shops again.

Yesterday I bought a dress from Faatih Boutique. I really liked it. The cloth was very good quality. I will definitely recommend it.

For our Eid shopping, we've been there at least 5-6 times, and each time has not let us down. When it comes to ethnic clothing, I'm generally rather particular about the fit and material. Faatih practically saved my life by granting my dream of wearing the ideal suit for Eid. There was a range for every taste and occasion at the boutique, all of which looked fairly elegant and classy. Despite my initial inability to figure out the one I was seeking for, the owner and staff were very helpful in informing me when the collections would be restocked/available. I received assistance from the staff members the entire time, even though the store was extremely jampacked in the peak hours of Ramadan. Also, the aesthetic interior and space are worthy of appreciation!
