We stayed for one week on a half board basis and had two rooms – one for us and one for our son and his girlfriend. From the very first moment, we were impressed. The entrance to the hotel in the evening is absolutely stunning, with beautifully illuminated palm trees creating a fantastic atmosphere. We visited during Ramadan, and the back area of the hotel also looked amazing at night, with a breathtaking view of the illuminated mosque. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and everything is organised to a high standard. The only small downside for tourists, which is understandable during Ramadan, was that at lunchtime the main option available was the Italian restaurant Marcos and the sushi bar. However, the dinners were exceptional – everything was beautifully presented, fresh, and very tasty. We really have nothing to complain about. Overall, it was a truly wonderful and memorable stay, and we would definitely love to come back.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The rooms are cleaned and serviced brilliantly everyday. A special thanks to Yougal and Raz for being so kind and attentive while taking care of our room. Marcos Italian restaurant is a beautiful treat. The service was superb from start to finish. Special shoutout to May who took care of us all evening and made sure to make our experience extra special! Marcos steakhouse and grill is also exceptional. Very high quality dishes. Akhil served us on the night and he couldn’t have been better. The Volt Fitness Gym next door is incredible. Massive selection of brand new equipment.

One of my first, but certainly not last, excellent reviews of the Fairmont Abu Dhabi. As usual, the reception team with Mr Elias is fantastic, offering a warm welcome and always smiling. The housekeeping staff are very helpful , with Roy Goncalves and his creations. The breakfast staff are attentive and the breakfast buffet is extraordinary. Not to mention the entertainment provided by the Flamingo kids and everyone who ensures our safety and that of our children by the pool and beach. The best place to spend a family vacation

Stay at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr for three nights and I would thoroughly recommend. Many Restaurants, not had time to try them all, but the ones we have eaten at are all first class from the quality of the food to the service. Room is very large and kept spotless by Juvy Khaing. The beach and pool areas always kept clean and all staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Service is first class. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Hired the jet skis on several occasions from the Fairmont beachfront. Very impressed! Very friendly, efficient and polite. The jet skis itself was excellent, in immaculate condition and powerful. This is the best hire centre I have used and would strongly recommend. Pricing was fair and the staff welcoming. Overall very good customer service!

Special mention to Vasana for the quality of her work caring the room every day. The hotel has a wonderful view on the mosquee. The outdoor areas are perfectly maintained and the hotel is extremely cleaned. The staff take exceptional care of their guests. You truly feeling privileged. I’ve had a great experience staying at the Fairmont, Abu Dhabi the staff are amazing and always ensure you’re comfortable and try to be as attentive as possible. I have to say the staff in charge of cleaning Leah, Joni and Raji are incredible. I am a bit of a mess but they always help me out a bit and never undermine your stay. And their work ethic is unmatched. Would 100% stay again 👍🏾

Had a pleasant stay at Fairmont Abu Dhabi. Initially during check-in, we faced a few challenges with one of the guest service agents, which was a little disappointing. However, the manager stepped in promptly and resolved everything professionally, which we truly appreciated. A special thank you to Sudula for his exceptional service, warm hospitality, and attentiveness throughout our stay. He really made a positive difference and ensured we felt welcomed and comfortable. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to visiting again.

We just stayed here for 1 week and it was the one of the best places we stayed on our vacation. The service was great. We checked in and they brought up complimentary sweets. They were always helpful with room service, valet and giving us a hand bringing our luggage's up and down. The rooms were cleaned and we never had an issue returning to the room where they weren't cleaned. We enjoyed the small details like the glass water bottles that were restocked daily. We will definitely be back when we visit UAE again!

I had a really lovely stay at the Fairmont for a 12-day business trip. The staff were so consistently kind and warm — shoutout to bellhops Charles and Mike as well as the staff at Cuiscene who always said hi and remembered me by the end of my stay. The hotel also has an amazing breakfast buffet (the yoghurt / cereal bar was great) and also another shoutout to chefs at the egg station who were always in good spirits. The gym is really well-maintained and well-equipped with a great selection of equipment.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont. The overall experience was excellent, with exceptional hospitality and attention to detail throughout our visit. A very special thanks to Sudula at the restaurant for the outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism — truly making our dining experience memorable. Nice location and hotel. Our room was fantastic. We used the Chocolate coffee shop on the first day and the breakfast buffet the second day. Buffet was completed and with plenty of options. Sedula was very kind and attentive. A nice chef guy ( sorry I couldn't get his name) prepared a fresh manakish for me. Nice service and food. The hot items were not super hot though but just minimal mistake. We will be back

We had a wonderful Valentine’s dinner at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Cuiscene. The food was delicious. The grilled shrimp and lobsters were the highlights, perfectly cooked, and even the lamb was tender and flavorful. The chef Chandrakant Joshi & Rahul Singh was truly amazing and a great asset to the team. The staff Coruna, Joey & Yin were accommodating and attentive, serving everything promptly, and the desserts were absolutely perfect. The ambiance, the food and the staff are some of the reasons we keep coming back for every celebration. 💯✨❤️

After a 16-hour flight from Miami to Abu Dhabi, I arrived absolutely exhausted. I’ve stayed at Fairmont properties before and always expect good service—but this experience went far beyond that. The biggest highlight of our stay was Buchra. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. She anticipated our needs, made sure we were comfortable, and went out of her way to provide absolutely anything we needed without hesitation. I was traveling with my father, and Buchra made our experience feel personal, smooth, and stress-free after such a long journey. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set the tone for our entire stay. She is a perfect example of what exceptional hospitality looks like. We also had the pleasure of meeting Auristelle, the manager, who reflected that same high level of service and quickly helped us find a room that was convenient and suited our needs. What a wonderful 4 weeks travel. I didn’t find any problem in my trip inside your hôtel. Réception, restauration, vallets, cleaning, … A full team of peoples happy to help you in any way, big smile and gentle people everywhere. The location is great, very close to Al Qana area restaurants. The guy at the reception that checked me in was cold and not that friendly to be honest. The bathroom in the room I got was strange. It was designed for handicapped people, not sure why they gave me that room. It only had one big overhead shower, nothing more, which I also found strange. The room itself was nice with a great view of the grand mosque.
