Rooms are not that big because mostly in makka rooms are not that open. Overall experience was good. Have issue with room service you have to ask them for service. I have issue with check in and check out timing. They will give you check in nearly at Maghrib but they will ask you to check out during 2 pm I didn't get that logic.

Kamarnya cocok untuk 2 bed tapi diisi 4 Bed, jadi nggak ada space yg cukup untuk buka koper, harus gantian. Alhamdulillah AC nyala dan kamar mandi bersih. Makanan enak sesuai masakan rumahan Indonesia. Jarak 800 meter, harus menyiapkan waktu untuk jalan kaki... cocok untuk melakukan yg muda ( klo jamaah lanjut usia terlalu jauh.. capek jalannya)

Worth experience ever! They deserves 0 if you want disrespect just book this hotel Staff recipient and guard behave so rude and v.disrespectful of their Customers visitors They know all languages urdu English Hindi Arabic but they pretend they knew just Arabic hotel is not to much near to haram its about 30 mint far away saudia authority must be do some action to their staff for their disrespectful behavior of haji

The room and bathroom were clean, with hot water available. Towels, soap, and shampoo were provided, although there was no bath mat. The air conditioning worked well, although it was an older model. The food was very good, especially Indonesian cuisine. The hotel is about a 15minute walk to Masjid al Haram and has a strategic location, especially during road closures at prayer times.

Not recommeded very bad experience while staying in that hotel when we wake up at 3 am therd is no water in washroom they said we have moter problem we will fixed it you go to the public washroom when we come back at 7 am still no water is coming in tab when we go to complaint no one on the seat at reception very poor service

Walaupun hotelnya jauh dr masjidil Haram.. tetep nyaman tempatnya.. selama perjalanan di suguhkan pemandangan yg luar biasa..

The worst experience in a hotel, Rooms are not clean, smelly toilets also was very bad. There were no towels till asked, no shower soap NO service at all. Old noisy AC units couldn't even sleep. The only good thing it is relatively near to Masjid Haram around 15 to 20 min. other than that ZERO. I don't ever recommend.

Astagfirullah! If a hotel in the Haram area does this much disservice to the Hajjes, it has no right to exist. Name any possible problem that a hotel can have, this one has it all. Emergency services like running water often gets stopped. The worst thing is, if you tell the staff about a problem, their response is "It is what it is".

Lokasi sekitar 800 meter dari Masjidil Haram ada di jalan Khalil Ibrahim daerah Misfalah

I was staying there during my umrah with my other 3 family members. The room was very congested. 4 members were accommodated in 2 person room.

Umroh romadhon kemaren saya nginap disitu, (bulan madu) Masakan lumayan Sesuai Selera, Recomended paket ekonomis

Sangat membantu,karena dekat ke Masjidil Haram

kamar sedikit kecil, tetapi bersih. kmar mandi juga sangat bersih. air dan sanitasi sangat lancar pelayanan kamar sangat ramah. makanan enak dan sangat sesuai dengan menu orang indonesia. jarak ke msjidil Haram cukup dekat.

Very dirty rooms and toilets are disgusting . Never recommend to any of my brothers who are planning to do umrah but never booked this hotel. Lifts are always very busy rooms and dirty broken fridge and dirty toilet u even no want to go inside of toilet. Smell inside the rooms. And very small rooms. Doesn’t worth money at All

The quality of room is so poor and the bathroom is not clean and I didn’t expect that The air conditioning is very poor and the lift is tiny and not comfort and very hot ( with out any source of airing ) The staff is not good also
