I had a recent surgery procedure done by Dr. Ritu Khare, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the initial consultation through recovery, Dr. Khare was professional, clear, and reassuring, explaining everything in a way that built confidence and trust. The entire medical team deserves special praise. They’re very attentive, kind, and genuinely supportive at every step. The nursing and administrative staff were efficient and compassionate, which made a stressful situation feel manageable and well-handled. The facility itself is excellent: clean, organized, and truly world-class, with high standards of hygiene and patient comfort. I highly recommend Dr. Ritu Khare and the team for anyone seeking expert care in a first-rate medical environment.

5 Stars – Exceptional Care from a Wonderful Team! Our experience at this pediatric clinic was outstanding, thanks to the amazing team. Dr. Mazen is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and kind. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made both my child and me feel completely at ease. A huge thank you also to the wonderful nurses—Cherry, Mary Chris. They were so gentle, caring, and attentive throughout our visit. Their warm and friendly approach really helped my child feel comfortable and safe. Special mention to Eunice for her excellent translation support. She made sure we understood every detail clearly and helped bridge any communication gaps seamlessly. Her assistance was invaluable. We are truly grateful for such a compassionate and professional team. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommended – Best Doctor for Maternity Care! Dr. Jayacy Chandrassery is truly an amazing doctor. She made my wife feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire delivery process. What impressed us the most is that she patiently waited and guided us for 3 days, helping my wife go from a surgery to a successful normal delivery. Her dedication, care, and encouragement made all the difference. The supporting staff and the overall facility were also excellent. We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend Dr. Jayacy to everyone you can trust her blindly for a safe and caring delivery experience.

I had a small procedure done with Dr. Volkan, and I am very satisfied with the experience. He is calm, professional, and takes the time to provide detailed explanations during the consultation, making patients feel comfortable and well-informed. He also has a very gentle touch during the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Volkan at Fakeeh. I would also like to thank Nurse Samira for her assistance and the staff for their excellent care and support throughout my visit.

The food in the Pavillon Cafe was delicious, fresh and plentiful. There was a good variety and service was excellent. Prashant directed me well and offered lots of options. Overall amazing.

All the Doctors I have consulted, Dr Yara (dental), Dr. Rana (dermatologist), Dr. Vivian (physiotherapist), Dr. Robert (cosmetic surgeon), Anesthesiologist Dr Wilmer Valero , Dr. Ammar ENT, Dr. Halah OBGYN, Dr. Salwa endocrinologist, Dr. Angie rheumatologist and last but not least Dr. Mohammad orthopedic I would highly recommend every single one for their bedside manners and caring personality! Also, the nurses and receptionists have provided me with excellent customer service, I am very grateful to FUH for their medical care which I’ve experienced since back over two decades back in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. An amazing experience.

Dr. Appou was a God send! He administered my mums appendix operation with skill and speed. And guided us every step of my mums recovery with grace, joy, and patience… considering we had millions of questions 😂. And a huge thank you to Venus, who brought great assistance and hospitality for my mums post-operation appointment. 🤲🏾 God bless you ALL for saving my mums life. 🕊️✨

Wonderful hospital. We have just welcomed our baby son, and everything went absolutely perfectly! Special millions thanks to Dr. Basema — a true professional in every sense of the word. She is very attentive, caring, and patient. The nurses are wonderful as well! The room was excellent, and the level of service was outstanding ( thank you Rodelyn and Julie). We loved everything!

I was admitted to Fakeeh Hospital after a severe illness and arrived by ambulance. Everything was excellent — from the ER to the nursing staff on the 4th floor, where I stayed for four days under great care until my condition stabilized. I later continued treatment with Vidya, the infusion nurse, who was incredibly kind and professional. Special thanks to Dr. Omer Al-Derwish and the 4th-floor nurse who took great care of me — she was very kind, and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. Thank you all for the care and support

The Pavilion Cafe at Fakhee University Hospital has a fantastic buffet spread with a great variety of options. The food is fresh, well-presented, and suits different tastes. Prasanth, who manages the buffet, is incredibly helpful and makes you feel right at home. His friendly attitude truly elevates the dining experience. Highly recommend stopping by!

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Mahmoud Diab and the Sonographer Ms. Chona for their assistance in completing the Sonography and report in record time and out of their duty hours. They extended their working hours to complete my report before the assigned time. And my sincere thanks to one of the best doctors in FUH, Dr. Polyvios. Their efforts are highly appreciated. All my journey was very fast and smooth with the best and helpful Doctors and staff.

Paid the bill for ultrasound then wait almost 2 hours but still not get the treatment yet! Updated: the ultrasound doctor was too good. Don’t have any complaints but the service seems hmm.. they don’t give me the ultrasound images for recording my child growing progress. I don’t know why they can’t give it to me.

The housekeeping team Yamuna & Chandra at Fakeeh University Hospital did an excellent job. The rooms and facilities were always spotless, and the staff were polite, respectful, and efficient. Their work really made the stay more comfortable. Thank you for your dedication.

Thank you FUH. I've done treatment and therapy, including family members, and everything is going well. The nurses, customer service, and doctors all provided excellent care. Drs. I had a very good experience at Fakeeh University Hospital from admission to discharge. The hospital is extremely clean, well-maintained, and the staff is very professional throughout. Nurse Neil from the Medical-Surgical Department was exceptionally kind, patient, and attentive. He kept checking on me regularly, made sure everything was fine, and answered all our questions calmly. He truly made the entire treatment and discharge process very smooth and stress-free. Dr. Appou was also very kind and reassuring, and he ensured I was comfortable at all times. Everything happened exactly as scheduled, without any delays. Overall, a very positive experience. I’m truly grateful to Nurse Neil, Dr. Appou, and the entire Medical-Surgical Department team. I just left the hospital with very positive feeling, thanks to Abdulrahman - the receptionist from laboratories. I asked him few questions about the tests which doctor requested before paying them, in order to give me the correct answer, he clarified with the staff in laboratories, then double checked with the paediatrics department. He was so helpful, positive and polite. In general, the hospital is very clean, offering coffee, dates and water. A lot of parking slots, also valet parking for AED25 only, very convenient. I visited 3 doctors, Dr. Rasha - radiology, Dr. Asma - gynecologist, and Dr. Sanjay - paediatrician (for my kids), they are all on top of my list now, very professional.

At every appointment, Dr. Jayacy and Nurse Rica welcomed me with a warm smile and encouraging words. Dr. Jayacy truly understood my vision for childbirth. She supported my wish for a natural delivery, respected all my preferences, and at the same time monitored me very carefully, considering my health conditions. She gave me confidence and helped me overcome my fears and doubts. Her calm, compassionate approach and extensive experience made me feel safe and confident every step of the way. My birth experience at this hospital — with doctor Jayacy and the team — was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was highly professional, attentive, respectful, and supportive. I truly appreciate that the hospital’s philosophy embraces natural birth and strongly supports breastfeeding.

Have been under treatment with Dr Suresh Menon and supported nurse Ms Chinchu. Exceptional diagnosis because he is patient and involves you with the causes and possible treatment and outcomes. I felt participative and he answered all my queries. Ms Chinchu has always been polite, warm and efficient and ably supports all patients. Thank you

We visited Fakeeh Hospital for the first time for a maternity consultation, and our experience was truly wonderful. Before coming to Fakeeh Hospital, we had visited several other hospitals to inquire about childbirth services. Unfortunately, our experience there was quite confusing and stressful. It took a long time to find the administration desk, the process felt complicated, and it was difficult to get clear information or even printed details about prices and services. Overall, it felt overwhelming and poorly organized. However, everything changed when we arrived at Fakeeh Hospital. From the very first minutes, everything was simple, fast, and well-organized. Within minutes, we received all the printed information we needed, clear explanations about prices and services, and professional guidance. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I was also able to complete my medical tests on the same day, which was very convenient. I would like to give special thanks to Pooja from the administration team. She noticed that we were a bit lost and unsure where to go, and she immediately came to help us. She is currently pregnant herself, and her kindness, warmth, and understanding made us feel especially comfortable. She walked us through the hospital, explained everything clearly, showed us where to go, and even recommended the weekly prenatal classes 🥰 Her support made a big difference for us and left a very positive impression. If more hospitals had employees like her — caring, attentive, and truly willing to help first-time patients — the level of service would rise to a completely new standard.
