This hotel provides no contact phone number, which is unacceptable—especially in case of emergencies. It’s surprising that a hotel operates without such a basic and essential service. How are guests supposed to reach staff when they need assistance?

Excellent Service – Salman Ahmed I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would especially like to appreciate Salman Ahmed at the front desk. He was very professional, polite, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Salman handled my check-in smoothly and provided all the necessary information clearly. He was always ready to help with a smile and made sure my stay was comfortable. His customer service skills are truly outstanding. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a pleasant atmosphere. Thanks to staff members like Salman, guests feel valued and respected. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!

I would like to file a complaint about an incident that happened yesterday at your hotel reception. When I approached the reception desk, the staff member was not speaking properly and did not give me proper attention. His attitude was rude and he appeared angry while dealing with me. I politely asked him if there was any issue or why he seemed upset, but instead of responding calmly, he became more aggressive in his behavior. As a guest, I expect respectful and professional treatment. I was disappointed with the way I was treated. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action. The room was full of cockroaches, crawling on the body and face while sleeping. Very poor cleanliness—long hair found on bath towels and bad smell in the room. No smart TV, only an old, damaged portable TV. Internet speed was very slow. Overall, unhygienic and poorly maintained.

Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely small and not worth the price. The TV was very old and had only Arabic channels available. There was no drinking water provided, no kitchen items, and not even basic tea bags or sugar in the room. Room service was also very poor and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was terrible. If I could give this hotel a negative 10 rating, I definitely would.

Ihad a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very professional. I would especially like to thank Salman, the receptionist, for his kindness and helpful attitude. He was very polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist. His service made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok ilgili kat görevlisi arkadaşlar da öyle otelin konumu gayet iyi hemen karşısında 24 saat açık olan bir alışveriş merkezi var ulaşımı rahat odalar geniş sıcak su imkanı her zaman mevcut odalar klimalı küçük bir soğutucu buzdolabı var kurutma makinası var ufak bir kasa var birkaç büyük dolap ve askılıklar mevcuther odada internet var temizliği de on üzerinden sekiz ancak bir tek problem var belki bu kadar sıcak bir memleket olmasından dolayı iki gece konakladım dört ya da beş kez muhtemelen banyo tarafından çıkan siyah böceklerden öldürdüm ona bir önlem alınabilir mi bilmiyorum ama alınırsa çok güzel olur ayrıca bu otelde spor salonu ve yüzme havuzu da mevcuttur spor salonu spor yapan biri iseniz işinizi görecektir

The best hotel ever I enjoyed my stay there...the room is so large with with large bed 🛌.

Дали другой номер более менее без запаха. Но когда легла спать у постельного белья спец запах. Еле дождалась утра и уехала с этого места. Очень не приятно за свои деньги находиться в таком месте. Сейчас столько средств. Вымойте и проветривайте номера. 😡

Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig, und es gab Insekten im Hotel. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. The room was very dirty, and there were insects in the hotel. Absolutely not recommended.

Rezalet. F1 için aylar öncesinden yer ayarladık. Ödemeyi de orada yapacaktık. Son gün bize rezervasyonun iptal olduğunu bildirdi. Asla ulaşılamıyor, cevap vermiyorlar.

Hotel pas sérieux, ils ont annulé ma réservation Booking 48h avant mon arrivée alors que j'avais fais la réservation 3 mois avant! Heureusement que Booking a trouvé une solution pour moi.

Food is ok for the price, we went for buffet breakfast but unfortunately it wasn't available.

I was there on Sunday evening and the behavior of receptionist is very poor , I just stayed there waiting for staff to finish talking , after he just told me direct the price of the room and he continued talking , very poor service

سي سي سي جدا جدا جدا كل يوم يرفع السعر عن اليوم الذي قبله تعامل سي لايوجد اي خدمات او اهتمام اسواء فندق ع الإطلاق

Old hotel falling apart. The rooms smell like mold and they are not clean. The employees were very nice and accommodating. You get what you pay for. I would not stay there again.

بصراحة و كلمة حققق الفندق يفتقرررر لكل شي. باركنات ماشي نظافة سيئه روايح سيئه او الاثاث قديم ووووالخ على العموم تجربتي فيه كانت جداً سيئه

الصراحه الشقق اثاث قديم غير كذا توجد ريحه دخان والتعامل صعب اذا ضيعت البطاقه مايعطوك بطاقه ثانية يصير هو كل شوي يفتحلك الباب 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

الفندق سيئ من ناحية الأثاث وتم تسكيني في غرفه وصاله والشبابيك كلها على المنور وكمان لقيت صراصير تحت السرير وريحة الفراش غبار نرجوا من ادارة الفندق تحسين جودة السكن علماً اني جيت قبل الفجر وسعرها غالي وتم استغلالي لرفع السعر وهي في الأساس سعر الحجز مايتجاوز ١٧٠ ريال وتم دفع ٢٥٠ ريال قطري وننوه كمان يوم جيت ابغى احجز سالت هل يوجد مواقف قال نعم ويوم تم الحجز وتم الدفع اتفاجى ان لايوجد مواقف وتم إيقاف السيارة في الشارع المقابل للفندق
