Although they managed to get me a visa for Ira, it is not a good company. I hired your travel insurance service but when I needed it, I didn't get the service in a timely manner. The feeling I had was that if my life depended on this company's service, I would have died. My insurance from Brazil, very far away, was able to help me faster. In addition, the company informs that two photos are required to withdraw the visa, this is not true. I wasted time and money getting the photos and it's a requirement that doesn't exist. I don't recommend this company.

Very good initial impressions, really felt they were in my corner with visa help etc. Also, got help in an emergency on a Friday, which is Iranian weekend. However... -there was a mistake in booking which was not recognised until we have checked in to the hotel, at which point we were asked to pay the hotel extra money, despite the hotel being empty. Paying 1st Quest I know I have paid decent premium over the market rates, have spent 2000 EUR with them (which in Iran is currently a lot of money) and yet, my account was not important enough to spot this, even though every reservation is made manually by them -when my internal flight was cancelled by the airline, the agency took no responsibility, other than a notification email on Wednesday evening In the end, I ended up paying more than 2x the price for the flight, have lost 1 night at the hotel etc. Basically, I would expect an immediate action to cancel the hotel reservation etc -They mixed up how much credit I had and based on wrong information, I gave them a go ahead to book a more expensive flight, even though cheaper were available (I had nothing else to do with the credit). In the end, the whole situation cost us 250 EUR (lost night, more expensive replacement flight). Basically, they do seem to try hard and the team is friendly (Zara, Daisy), however every time something goes wrong, they ask for more money, even if they caused the issue themself. Not exactly what you expect from a travel agency which you pay a premium for, for the peace of mind.

I placed an order through 1stquest on APR-30 then received an email after my payment which clearly stated booking confirmation will be received within two days. Three days later, since I haven't received any confirmation letter, I wrote an email to them and got a replied by a staff called Parisa, she said their booking team is currently off line and will get back to me later. Since my journey will begin less then two weeks, I wrote another email one day after and ask for the update and I got the same reply as please wait, they will get back to me soon. Two more days passed again, I wrote another email to her and still got the reply as no update, please wait. A week passed from the day I placed the order; I still not yet getting any progress so that I request to get a full refund but being told I will have to pay 10% of my booking fee as cancellation penalty which they have provided no service at all. They punish their customer and make their customer to bear their failure. So if you want to choose their service, think twice before place the order. You properly will be blamed if something went wrong which not even your fault.

J'ai fait ma demande de visa sur le site un mercredi soir (pourtant le début du week-end en Iran), et trois jours plus tard j'avais l'accord directement sur la boîte mail. Site super pro et personnel très aimable et réactif. C'est tellement plus facile et rapide que la demande de visa en ligne, je recommande!

I am a US Passport holder, and it isn't easy to get a visa and arrange travel for Americans. Mohammad is straightforward in communicating and knows Iran. He is very flexible and can accommodate travel plans to match your interests. He was invaluable in sorting out the North Route to travel to Ramsar/Masuleh and the South Route to Shiraz/Yaz with an internal flight to plan an efficient route and see and do lots of cool things.

This company is a headache.Parisa ,their customer service advisor is really incompetent.She blundered up really bad giving me the wrong information and then saying I'm the one who misunderstood.If someone doesn't know the difference between early check-in and late arrival,their place is not in the hospitality industry! I booked through them for Iranshahr hotel.Prior to booking the hotel, I talked to their customer service representative Parisa about early check-in with the dates I'll be staying at the hotel she told me once I do the booking she'll inform the hotel about my early check in . Once the booking was done,I informed her about it,she then proceeded to tell since I didn't mention which date I'm checking in (Which I clearly mentioned in the first email) they Will charge me for early check-in, when I asked her for the fare she then proceeded to tell me that upon talking to the hotel they don't have early early check -in and neither I Can drop my bag in The luggage Room until the check in time. Now they don't even bother to answer my email .My flight is Landing at 3AM. I've been to 30 countries and this is the first time I'm hearing a 3 star hotel who does not have Early check in or baggage drop This an incompetent and dishonest agency. And Parisah after blundering up instead of apologising,started gaslighting me and made it seem like I was the one who gave the wrong information. Avoid yourself a headache don't book anything with this company

I never recommend it, make your reservation from other sites. I made two reservations, they cancelled one and then doubled the price for the other. If you don't want to be scammed, don't get involved..

Je me suis fiée aux bons avis d'autres voyageurs sur certains sites internets pour confier ma demande de visa à 1stquest. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse si ce n'est la confirmation de commande et de paiement . Lors de mon arrivée à l'aéroport j'ai du donc faire les démarches pour un visa (voa). 1stquest a été inutile et de l'argent gâché. La prochaine fois , je passerai directement par la procédure de visa on arrival (VOA) Ps les prix des billets de bus sont surévalués sur la plate forme de réservation. Autant passer directement avec la compagnie
