The restaurant is well located with a great view of the Haram. Even the outside seating has a lovely atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, especially Mahmud Al Hasan — thank you for the warm service!

I ordered kebab and fries. The kebabs are so small and skinny and burnt for the most part. The fries were OK. I paid 40 riyals to eat fries. The dining area is hot and crowded over capacity I asked for napkins. I never got them. Will not be back. I suggest you go elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant in Mecca. The fish I was served was undercooked, and the rice was extremely oily. When I politely asked if I could change my meal to chicken instead, the staff refused without offering any solution or alternative. The service was very poor and unprofessional. Since I couldn’t eat the food, I requested a refund of 60 SAR, but they also refused that. In the end, I had to leave without eating at all. This was honestly the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in Mecca. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I came to this place and spent over 200 SAR for the food. As I was leaving, I asked for a small plastic plate with tap water to feed a very heavily pregnant cat that was struggling. They said no and said go somewhere else. This is in Makkah with a Resturant that I have paid for food for. I then said I just want a bit of tap water, they lied and said we don’t have taps. Do not go here, there are flies everywhere and it’s dirty. You would think after I spent so much given their environment they would care a bit & have a bit of dignity and Islam given they’re in Makkah. No customer service at all. Really bad seating. جيت لهذا المكان وصرفت فوق 200 ريال على الأكل. وأنا طالع طلبت منهم بس صحن بلاستيك صغير ومويه من الحنفية عشان أعطيها لقطة حامل مرة وكانت واضح إنها تعبانة. رفضوا وقالوا لي روح مكان ثاني. قلت لهم ما أبي إلا شوية مويه، وقالوا ما عندنا حنفيات — كذب. هذا كله في مكة! وفي مطعم دفعت له مبلغ مو قليل. الصراحة المكان مليان ذبان، ومو نظيف، وتعاملهم سيئ جدًا. الواحد يتوقع منهم شوية إنسانية وذوق وأخلاق، خصوصًا وهم في مكة. ما أنصح أحد يجي

The Briani Lamb is alhamdulillah very very tasty. Most of the food are tasty.

Enjoyed the experience. They were able to customize the burgers for my daughter that's allergic to sesame seeds, using 2 bottom burgers.

Nasty Place to eat at. Food is so bad and undercooked! If you wanna get s food poisoning, give it a try!

I was poorly treated and both got bad service and food. The food was cold and tasted bad, and when I asked for a replacement, the staff refused and were dismissive. Poor quality and even worse service. I won’t be coming back.

An absolute scam. This is the absolute worst restaurant I have ever been to. I travel a lot and have been to many places in the world and this is just terrible. The burger was a frozen patty, and the kebabs were ready made. They use photos from KFC, Al Romansiah and nearby restaurants but put their logo on it to deceive you that this is their food. I would only recommend the juices. Terrible sevice- He got the orders mixed up with items we didn't order. I don't even usually leave reviews but I feel it is necessary to this time.

Absolutely shit service. 2 of my items were missing. Their service is 100% shit no customer service experience need training. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!
