I recently visited Fashion Factory located in the city Calicut centre on Kannur Road near Vandipetta. The store offers a fairly wide range of collections, and there are quite a few options to choose from. However, the prices are comparatively on the higher side, and there aren’t many attractive offers or discounts available. One major downside, especially during this season, is the poor air conditioning. The AC in the building was not working properly, which made the shopping experience quite uncomfortable. Many customers would likely find this frustrating in the heat. On a positive note, parking facilities are decent and manageable. Overall, while the collection is good, improvements in pricing, offers, and especially maintenance (like proper AC) would greatly enhance the customer experience.

Visited Fashion Factory. They offer a wide variety of collections, especially for men. However, the women’s collection felt a bit limited and could be improved. On the positive side, there are some great offers available, making it a good spot for budget-friendly shopping.

Good collection, huge variety, but the problem is the staff. The staff are irresponsible and do not assist customers. I had a bad experience with them. They are all busy with chit-chat, and there is no responsible person to control the floor. Customers are forced to find the right product without any assistance from the staff. Each floor has about 4 to 5 staff members, yet no one attends to customers. Even when there is no rush on the floor, the few customers present are not attended to.

I recently visited your store and, while your collection is impressive, my experience as a customer was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. When I arrived, there was no one available to assist me in selecting shoes. Even when I asked for help, the staff showed no interest in providing guidance or information about stock availability. Instead, they were talking among themselves and completely ignoring customers, which is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. A store with such a good collection should ensure that customers are treated with attention and respect. Unfortunately, the behavior I encountered makes it very difficult to consider purchasing from your store again. I strongly urge you to address these serious gaps in staff training and customer service immediately, as experiences like this are damaging to your reputation.

Only branded products are available. But rates vary day by day based on offers. Dont expect the product in all sizes, esp on big offer days. Sometimes the offer shown on the showpiece may actually differ while billing., And the excuse from them is offer changed suddenly. So better to double check the price esp while using coupons or on offer items from billing counter.

I brought clothes from here first time its good experience for me but second time m visit here for purchest some out fits for me but unfortunately Idint find good service here they wasting my lots of time and they put another price and tag for another clothes there is clearly written 50% discount on clothes row on small board but when m went for bill on counter they told me here is not discount and dnt put 799rs tag on 3000rs tshirt i fell so bad never return on this place again i think here is lack of management they dnt have responsibility for good custumer

Poor facility management. A/C not working on last 2 weekly visits. It seems they are not interested to fix or provide an alternate solution, so that customer can perform the shopping without drenching in sweat.

I had seen a review posted 2 months ago mentioning that the air conditioning on the 2nd floor was not working. Today, I experienced the same issue. Although coolers are available, they are not effective at all. This makes it seem like Reliance has no plans to properly fix the air conditioning. If you are planning to visit the men’s section on the 2nd floor, please keep this in mind.

When i called customer care they dont have the number of calicut brand factory sale. And they dont know if there is any offer exists. I will give a zero rating for this. As zero rating doesn't exist i am giving a 1 star rating, 😡
