Went to Skyloft with family and had a pleasant experience. The ambience is warm and inviting, and the hospitality makes feel comfortable. A special mention to Chef Pramod — the food preparation was excellent. The Chef’s special litchi fruit starter was unique and refreshing, and the broccoli soup was absolutely spot on. Overall, a great place for a relaxed family outing with good food and ambience. 👍

I had a wonderful stay at Feathers Hotel Chennai for a couple of days. The overall service was excellent, and the hospitality truly stood out. A special mention to Mousumi from the front desk team—she took great care of me throughout my stay and ensured everything was smooth and comfortable. Her professionalism and warmth made a big difference. The housekeeping and front office staff were also very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Had an absolutely amazing stay! From the seamless check-in to the spotless, spacious room, everything was perfect. The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort, and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of delicious options. The location was incredibly convenient for sightseeing. I had my wedding here last month and the set up fabulous. The biryani was outstanding! Words don’t justify - way too many people applauded the biryani. Days after my wedding as I started to meet friends and family who attended the wedding still spoke of the biryani! The chef killed it! The above review was only based on the biryani feedback. As the days pass, i still keep getting food reviews from friends and family, and they rave about everything on the food menu, from Yogurt rice to Iddiyappam to the tender meats. Outstanding! Im glad to have chosen you!

The hotel facilities are good and new. The bed is so comfortable. The fitness is big and many treadmills are still available during peak time. The food is also good. The services from staff are very polite. However, I deduct one star because hotel cars sometimes are not properly managed. . Delay and misunderstanding.

We had a pleasant stay here. From the front desk people, till the last staff in our entire stay was good. We liked the service provided, the quick response and the comfort of care provided. Cherish every moment here. The spa and their recommendations/service were good. A must try when you stay there. International Breakfast in the waterside restaurant was exceptional. The send off from the restaurant was dramatic. A mention about few notable employees - Trisha. Nagarjun, Samul,Ankita, Rajiv. Sreya, Mosumi incl. Zarah and Kim from Spa and not to mention the 100% of say do ratio of Bhavani. Overall, we had a great time and thank you feathers.

Here’s your English version: “Due to the flight cancellation, the airline arranged a room for me at this hotel. I stayed here as arranged. The hotel’s ambiance, look, and facilities were all excellent, and everything else was provided well. However, when we asked for a bellboy to carry our luggage from the reception to the room, they did not arrange it. They said there was only one person available and they couldn’t assist us. Apart from this issue, everything else was fine. From my side, I would rate this hotel 3.5 stars.”

All except one thing that gave a bad experience on hotel's first experience for a non smoker and people who come with kids on a bike(motor cycle). The bike parking place entrance is a smoking zone!!! Seriously?? I am not sure who made this worst decision for such a beautiful hotel!! Have to close my nose and my kid was like dad please let's go out of this hotel it smells horrible!!😞 And inside parking there were lot of rubbish and 2 men sleeping over them??? Why such an experience for people coming by bike???

My stay at Feathers A Radha Hotel was quite pleasant overall! 🏨 The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The service was attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome. The best part was definitely the location – so convenient for getting around! 🗺️ I'd happily recommend it for a relaxing trip. ✨😊

The room was nice and comfortable. However, room service was disappointing,the kozhi varutha curry and phulka cost ₹2400, but the quality did not meet expectations. The food was overly oily, lacked taste, roadside food would honestly be better. Breakfast was great, and the waterside restaurant staff were welcoming and attentive, which was a pleasant experience. The reception staff were generally good, but one male front-desk staff member had no smile, was not welcoming, and showed an attitude, which stood out negatively. Overall, it was a great stay with a few disappointments.

Great hotel with amazing service. We have enjoyed the stay. The rooms are clean and in good design. Great restaurants and breakfast. Only problem we experienced was air quality in the room.

It's located at the main road, alright. But much needs to be desired. There were multiple events happening there with no clear indication of what was happening where. Plus the staff were so insensitive, they were cleaning the floor with phenyl when people were eating. Basic common sense dictates chemical smells shouldn't be allowed at dining areas - especially when the food to be consumed is kept fully open. And the food itself wasn't the best. For the amenities they purport to provide, the food could've so, so much better.

I not tasted good. Because veg and non veg combined serve. Interior for family function hall very nice. Security arrangements good.

The hotel has plenty of issues. Example: Today I decided to come early to enjoy the swimming pool and I find that there is a company event hosted in the room leading to the pool, so tbe pool is not accessible for the rest of the guests. I give 5 stars on service because the staff is really helpful and attentive.

21st December 2025, My daughter’s wedding took place. Food, Level L hall was excellent. Hospitality is very good. Food especially Mutton Biryani is exclusive and excellent. It was on the whole very good.

Hi, This is my own experience... I recently stayed and attended a marriage in this hotel, which was an amazing experience and I really enjoyed the stay, best quality foods, dinning area and services, restaurants, swimming pools, comfortable rooms , interiors, facilities etc., 👌👌everyone should visit the hotel without any other choice. U will enjoy the Delightfull feel. ❤ I am here to share my another experience which was an example of the best management and employees. While I am attending the marriage my son he is 4 years old , playfully he lost his bracelet in banquet Hall , which iam unnoticed during the day. The next day after I returned home , I noticed and enquired him. He can't remember and not able to find the exact place where he lost. Then I made a call to the hotel and ask them for help to find the bracelet. Immediately they noted and assured me that they will try to find it. After that within 30 min I received a call from the hotel that they found the bracelet from the banquet hall. I am really happy now. 😊😊I appreciate the management and employees who are working in the hotel. This is my true and honest review I posted here.

Location on mount Poonamallee road, this property is huge, broad passage , sufficient underground and surface parking. Been there for a wedding , the convention hall is at the rear with a separate entrance and valet parking without interaction with the house guest and people coming to the restaurant if the hotel, this concept is really good. Food was awesome, taste good.

Beautiful hotel with great friendly staff! I was there for Christmas and the Xmas dinner was out of this world! Well done chef and staff members!

This is my 3rd stay here. First 2 times it was an official stay. This time with family for new year. It continues to surprise me with amazing food, & great service
