I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Fendi store in Mall of the Emirates. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. *Sima* made us feel comfortable without being pushy, and were happy to answer any questions I had about the collections. The store itself is beautifully designed—spacious, elegant, and well-organized, making it easy to browse and appreciate the craftsmanship of each piece. I was especially impressed with the level of detail and care the team showed during my visit, offering thoughtful suggestions and ensuring the overall experience felt personal and luxurious. Whether you're browsing or shopping with intent, the Fendi team at Mall of the Emirates delivers a five-star luxury retail experience. I’ll definitely be back!

. When you enter the store , staff will stare at you, but they for sure won’t greet you I really didn’t like my experience in this store Staff are very uninterested and not willing to provide exceptional service It looks like they are forced to work in this establishment. They treat you as if you came to borrow a bag , but not pay over 12k on their item . I think with this type of treatment and attitude it’s better to purchase online without ruining your experience with Fendi The sales lady Ola was very uninterested, she didn’t greet in the beginning , but kept silently following and staring at me , whenever I was checking the items , she could have greeted me instead and inform me that she will be happy to assist me , if I I need anything , such simple words would make difference to me. She could barely say thank you when leaving the store All the staff are only great at staring at clients and spreading weird vibes in the store but they will never greet you , say thank you when you are leaving this store . Next time for sure I’ll avoid visiting this store with such negative and cold sales people , cannot even call them professionals .

Even 1 star is way too much for them. MOE team is an absolute disaster! Zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero customer service! Their product quality is garbage, and their warranty? Don't even get me started, it's a complete joke! Pictures after 1 use in MOE mall!!

Merkwürdige Erfahrung. Ich war auf der Suche nach einem bestimmten Paar Ohrringe und hatte extra ein Foto dabei. Zuerst hieß es, die Ohrringe seien da, aber ich bekam ein anderes Paar gezeigt, was ich aber nicht wollte. Zwei der anwesenden Verkäufer waren sichtlich um eine Lösung bemüht, aber die Vorgesetzte/Store Managerin hat das unterbunden, so nach dem Motto, entweder nimmt sie dieses Paar oder gar keins. Bin noch nie in einer Luxus-Boutique so desinteressiert behandelt worden. Ich bestelle mir meine Ohrringe online.

Ridiculous behavior from the staff at this store, I purchased a pair of shoes a few months ago and I lost the receipt, my request was very simple just provide me a hard or soft copy of my invoice. Such simple request shouldn’t be that difficult. However, the staff were very rude and kept telling me we will get back to you and got no response yet, this kind of behavior does not represent the level of such a high end brand. The staff there kept telling me different stories just to get rid of me because I was not purchasing, did you guys here about something called after service? AVOID!

The sales lady seemed totally disinterested and was on her phone the entire time, I had gone to Fendi to buy a very specific item for my daughter and if that had not been the case, I would have left the store without purchasing anything! Of course the products are good but when we go to a high-end store, the service should match the product.

This team is a complete mess! Their unprofessionalism is off the charts, and they wouldn't know customer service if it hit them in the face. The quality of their products is abysmal, and their so-called warranty might as well be nonexistent.

By far one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had, on top of that I’m stil waiting for the manager to get in touch regarding an item that needs exchanging, most of the staff I encountered here are absolutely useless and seem to have a chip on their shoulder. No customer service, no product knowledge and on top of everything to be so ignorant and rude

My experience today in Fendi MOE was terrible . I felt that the stuff are not professional at all & they don’t know how to deal with customers politely. I received a Whatsup from one of the stuff who’s name is Hassan Boujdoir saying that the bag that I want is available at their store . I promised him that I’ll be there by night to pick up the bag. We’re in contact through massages till 10:43 when he said that he’s waiting but at 11:00 & before entering the store he sent me a massage that the bag is already sold How come !!! Promising one Custmer & selling to another one . Simply not good at all ! I drove from quite far away for nothing , they have to keep in mind that our time is valuable & don’t have right to waste it . I kept all of the massages with as an evidence. I asked for the manager contact number but all the stuff refused. Worst service

My experience today in Fendi MOE was terrible. I felt not welcome in this store and dealt by with attitude by one of the staff. He dealt with me as if I could not even afford the cheapest product. Little do they know i’ve been a Fendi customer for over 20 years and have had much more amazing experiences with other shops around the globe. You’re better off going to another Fendi instead of this one.

Terrible experience. Tried a two piece swimwear which I really loved but was a little smal. Lady who helped me said there were 3 bikinis in my size in the Dubai Mall, but she didn't want to call for checking or reserve one. Went there especially for this bikini, but there was none. Result: very disappointed and tired pregnant woman, all for nothing.

Horrific. Do not use. Bought a coat for over 10,000 AED, which is over £2,000.00. Before purchasing, I made it clear to the salesman that I may need a refund depending on size because I am travelling back to the U.K. We exchanged numbers & it was confirmed that I could have a refund (I confirmed I’d like to exchange well within the days required & offered to courier the item back so that was also in time). I was told (again, I have the confirmation all on my messages) that the manager of the Dubai Mall store & the sales associate dealing with the matter were aware I was back in the U.K. and to not worry about sending the item back, as they would give me a full refund on my return to Dubai. After I returned to Dubai, I proceeded to take the coat back. I was told by a different sales associate that I would get an email that very same day confirming the refund process has begun. After 5 days, nothing happened. I then received a WhatsApp to tell me that in fact they will not be giving me a refund despite the false promises & that in fact I would receive store credit. Simply not good enough. Fortunately I kept all of the messages & I am now leaving this with my bank (U.K. who take fraudulent matters like this seriously) to sort out for me. Do. Not. Use.

A Happy Client Note- FENDI Mall of Emirates- Dubai, UAE Employee name – YAN Date of the visit- November 3, 2021 NOTE: if you ever need anything, always ask for YAN. He is the best there and below if my visit story: I walked in to FENDI store knowing no one from its staff, looking for a birthday gift. Yan welcomed me and asked me if he could assist, and he was great at everything! He was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning the gift (men belt), he patiently showed me different styles and offered very good advice too. I believe he had my interest at heart and found the best coverage for me at a good price. I ended up not purchasing any item and decided to come back later, Yan still was showing me a great attitude and he said he will be always here to assist! It might go without saying, but the number one way you can generate overwhelmingly positive customer reviews is by focusing on customer service! You were exceptional Yan, thank you very much for such a great shopping experience and for sure I will look for you next time.

it was a more than wonderful experience, if we talk about the quality, the wonderful designs, and the choices were truly unique and beautiful, and more than that, the service and dealing with customers makes you feel comfortable and confident in your choice of the Fendi brand, and most importantly, the smile of the employees in the store, with all respect and appreciation to the staff and the Fendi family.

Fendi online service is the worst in UAE. i bought a bag online on 31 May and I received it on 17 of June. The website says 3-5 days delivery however its not right not only this, they rarely reply or care like they’re understaffed or something at 17 Of June they deducted the amount again saying that the first amount was test. Till now I have double amount deducted from my account and they say it shall be returned. And everyone in the atores aware that the delivery issues is there and they really do nothing about it. So take care as they may double deduct amounts with no clear dates when they might be returning
