Unser Aufenthalt im Ferman Hilal Hotel-Special Category war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top – sehr zentral gelegen und mit hervorragender Anbindung an Metro, Bus und Straßenbahn. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel machte insgesamt einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Es ist nicht veraltet und man merkt, dass auf Sauberkeit viel Wert gelegt wird. Die Zimmer sowie die allgemeinen Bereiche waren ordentlich und sauber. Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt nur mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück war ein klassisches Hotelbuffet – weder außergewöhnlich noch schlecht. Es war vollkommen ausreichend und man konnte sich nicht beschweren. Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Hotelmanager Herrn Inan. Er war sehr hilfsbereit, hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für die Gäste und war bei Fragen oder Anliegen jederzeit ansprechbar. Außerdem möchten wir uns herzlich bei der Zimmerreinigung, besonders bei Frau Saniye, bedanken. Sie hat ihre Arbeit sehr sorgfältig und zuverlässig gemacht. Ein großer Dank geht auch an den Bellboy Herr Ferdi. Er war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allen Wünschen und Fragen unterstützt. Egal was wir brauchten – er war stets zur Stelle und hat uns weitergeholfen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel aufgrund der zentralen Lage, der Sauberkeit und des freundlichen Personals weiterempfehlen.

El hotel está en muy buena ubicación y en una zona segura cerca de Taksim y de muchas líneas de colectivo. Las habitaciones son lindas pero un poco chicas para tres personas, aún así el servicio de limpieza muy bueno y amables. El desayuno había una cierta cantidad pero no era variado, en mi gusto debería serlo. El hotel tiene un SPA que hacen baño turco y lo súper recomiendo porque es privado, excepto que quieras compartir con alguien más, el trato siempre fue muy bueno y también limpio e higiénico. Sobre el precio del spa es ideal porque es mucho menor a los turísticos famosos y este e incluye más minutos. Los dos recepcionistas muy amables también. Todo el personal en general siempre muy simpático e hicieron que mi experiencia en Turquía sea buena y con entusiasmo de volver pronto 🙏🏽 Teşekkür ederim

My family and I did not have a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and tried their best but the problems were with the rooms themselves. The light in my bathroom was broken, the AC was very inconsistent, and a couple towels and a blanket had holes or were tattered at the edges. The rooms themselves are also very tiny and not what was listed on the original booking.

For the past 6 years I have been staying at this hotel every year with my family , also have all my friends and relatives from various countries stay here , snd we always have a wonderful time , The location great close to square 2 mint , the cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were very 24 hours service they are very friendly and helpful all especially Burhan who made our experience even better for reservation chick in everything we need to help for everything , The breakfast very good , the rooms very clean, I highly recommend it and would definitely stay always here all family and friends they appreciate for everything and always they make us come back here every year Whenever anyone tells me they are going to Istanbul, I just tell them about this hotel and Burhan he did all reservation , thank you all god bless you 🙏

Stay far away from this hotel. They are dishonest and completely untrustworthy. I booked a room with my partner, but due to the war in the Middle East my flight was cancelled. I contacted them to request a date change until things settled—they agreed at the time. But when I followed up to confirm new dates, they suddenly refused and blocked me. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s outright deceitful. If this is how they treat customers before you even arrive, it says everything about how they operate. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid this hotel big time. Liars, thieves. I booked with them a room with my partner but because of the war in the middle east, my flight was cancelled. I asked them to move the date till the situation improves. They agreed but then when contacted them to agree new date they refused and blocked me. They are very unprofessional and liars. If this is what they do before you stay with them, can you imagine how it is like while you are staying at the hotel?? Liars

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Due to the war in our country, I requested a reschedule, which the hotel initially acknowledged and seemed to approve. However, they later marked my booking as a no-show without any clear explanation and refused to help. What made it even worse was the rude communication and the fact that they blocked me on WhatsApp instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. The lack of empathy, respect, and consistency is shocking, especially given the situation. This felt very unfair and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel if this is how they treat their guests.

When We looking hotel, We found this hotel on booking where was excelent Photos from hotel. But after arrival at hotel We was shocked, big disappointed from hotel. This hotel have only one positive thing - Location. Other like: - Firstly We got other room without big bed which We have ordered. - Small rooms with old equipment. -Broken WC cover. - Everything from the street could be heard through the windows. It was impossible to sleep. - In shower was mold and dirt. - Breakfast were every day same and They were not tasty. - SPA problem with water on floor, sauna Does not working. - Lifter was so slowly and small ! - Drinks like coffe or tea was from Plastic glasses.

My recent stay at Ferman Hilal Hotel was outstanding. My family and I were delighted with the cleanliness, attentive staff, and delicious breakfast. Despite the rooms being a bit tight and elevator is a bit small, the hotel's free coffee and fast WiFi were much appreciated. Housekeeping staff were friendly, always with a smile. Safety measures were excellent. Overall, I give it 4 stars and highly recommend this hotel.

L’emplacement était super par conséquent la chambre était petite et avais besoin de rafraîchissement dans la salle de bains. le petit déjeuner paraissait plus important sur les photos mais il était quand même bon. C’est un petit-déjeuner turc donc très salé. Suffisant pour quelques nuits

We visited this spa as outside guests and it is definitely the best spa in the Taksim area. Mr. Ahmet at the reception is very polite and helpful. The therapists truly know what they are doing — both the massage and the hammam service are professional. The spa is clean and the prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at Ferman Hilal Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel has a great location, high standards of cleanliness, and comfortable services. What stood out the most was the excellent attitude and professionalism of the staff — always helpful, polite, and welcoming. I’d also like to give special thanks to the manager, who was very respectful and truly committed to making sure guests are comfortable and satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-managed place to stay in Istanbul. Thank you for everything!

Ficamos no ultimo andar na suite com grande balcao , os Quartos estavam limpos , todos dias iam limpar e deixavam toalhas novas . As pessoas foram acolhedoras e simpaticas e estavam la para o que precisarmos . O pequeno almoço é so ate as 10h e se formos tarde nao há muita opçao mas havia o essencial . E recomendo fica no centro :)

Really clean and nice hotel, and the breakfast was nice. I have been there twice with my daughter and I loved it. I would love to thank mr Burhan for welcoming us and all the other staff. I highly recommend!!!

Nice and welcoming staff, smells good all the time at the entrance. Breakfast simple and delicious, but getting cold after sometime. Rooms small (our was three beds), no cattle for hot water which was very important for me. The mini fridge and the sockets closed when removing the card 😅 The bed sheets was itching 😩
